lunch: hot pork (lean) sandwich (oops number 2 - 7 syns for a bun?)
dinner: lasagne (hexa + syns for white sauce)

Tomorrow is a new day, 5 weeks left of school hols would like a stone off to go back

Sneaky scale jump says measly loss of 1lb!! I guess I have been sticking to plan more or less over the few weeks I was absent so shouldn't expect a big loss when I was eating healthy-ish anyway. plus, better off than on - just disappointed I won't hit the 14s for my hol
