Hey no i was completely out yesterday...been tescos today but Alpen lights not on offer and not spending £1.70 on five bars eek. I realised after that as I had one HEB and one HEA couldn't I still just class it as a EE day?

Although my digi scales broke yesterday so had to guess the cheese so hopefully would balance itself out and I have just taken them back for exchange so have new ones to weigh things today yey :) x

Firstly I am Soooooooo happy as lost another 2lbs so only 2lbs away from my target range whoo hoo (I will def be more careful on our next holiday and take it for granted that's for sure) so I have treated myself to a EE day yey :)

A gorgeous mistake of a kind of Mexican/chilli/Bol minus the kidney beans as on a red day (was meant to be meatballs but they fell apart haha) with 2 HEB portions of wholewheat spaghetti (70g dried) and HEA of 28g cheddar hmmmmmmm

In the Bol was red/White onion, peppers, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and spinach
