1 slice of wholemeal bread toasted (no butter) 1/2 HEB
1 "fried" egg FF
Tomatoes SF
2nd breakfast heehee
1 slice of wholemeal bread toasted with 3g of butter (1syn) and 5g of strawberry jam (0.5syn)
Cup of tea.... Heaven
Haven't had toast, butter and jam in so long
Dinner
Last bowl of vegetable soup syn free SF
Apple SF
Satsuma SF
2 mikado 1 syn
caramel snack jack 2.5 syn
Tea
Oven baked chicken breast FF stuffed with mozzarella (HEA)
Oven baked veggies - red onions, spring onion, courgettes, peppers, baby corn, sugar snap peas and cherry tomatoes SF
Spicy tomato sauce SF/FF & syn free
Coop wholemeal pitta Grilled with crushed garlic and herbs (HEB)
