I am, i'm quite surprised at myself actually, its only a 10 min workout, so not too bad, it says you have to do a workout everyday, so i'm doing the easiest one all of this week, then going on to level 2 next week :) plus the gym on my days off :)

Breakfast

Porridge (HEXB) with Semi skimmed milk (HEXA)

Lunch

Jacket Potato with Baked Beans
Apple
Satsuma

Snacks

Thai Style Mugshot (0.5 Syns)
Banana

Dinner

Birdseye Crispy Chicken (8 syns)
Mixed vegetables (carrots,green beans, sweetcorn,cauliflower and broccoli)
SW Chips
Blue Dragon Sweet Chilli sauce 1 level tbsp (1 syn)

Total Syns for today 9.5 syns

Ive drank loads of water aswell today, also will be doing 10 mins of my fitness DVD when i get in from work :)

Hey hey!! Your food looks good today!! Just a quick thing, I don't think porridge is free :( I had some today and had to syn it at 4 for my bowl :( it may depend on the brand but I read it wasn't free boohoo!'!
 
Porridge oats are hexb, but the oats so simple I think are syned, btw I like that you've pointed it out ;)

Will the porridge in packs individual packs be a hexb or will they be grouped with the oats so simple kind?!

Shape 0% fat yogurt Raspberry (0.5 syns)

Tea

Lean Turkey Steak
Passata
Mushrooms
Garlic
SW Chips
Reduced far grated cheddar cheese 10g (2 syns)

Snacks

Banana
Choc option (2syns)

4.5 syns altogether today

Drank plenty of water today
Also i have done my 10 min workout with my fitness DVD

Went to the gym
10 mins on the rowing machine
40 mins on the treadmill

leg press 3 sets of 20 reps 39kg

So i've just weighted myself! and after 5 days ive managed to loose 1lb, i thought i would have lost abit more but after 5 days thats pretty good.

So Friday morning will be my weigh day! :)

aww well done thats fab!!!

Lunch

weight watchers chicken curry from frozen (3.5 syns)
Shape 0% fat yogurt Raspberry (0.5 syns)

Dinner

pasta
chopped tomatoes
Passata
onion
red pepper
spinach
reduced fat cheddar cheese, sprinkling ( 1 syn)
Wine and soda (4 syns)

I'm quite enjoying it actually. I tried before but I guess I just wasn't ready, I've not yet weighed myself or measured myself as I want to know I'm using decent scales so I will either do it at the gym or in my local boots store!

I am a little worried though as tonight I am going bowling and then for a curry for a friends birthday and feel like all my hard work is going to be for nothing as like you I'm a bit of a party girl, I will only be drinking vodka and diet coke and possibly 1 small glass of wine but I only eat a passanda (wimpier than a korma ) and it's 20 syns per portion!! Then I'll need to add the rice and poppadums etc. it will all add up!

How long have you been on plan for? Xxx
