Here is my food diary for today.
Wednesday 8th January 2014
Breakfast
Porridge (HEXB) with Semi skimmed milk (HEXA)
Lunch
Jacket Potato with Baked Beans
Apple
Satsuma
Snacks
Thai Style Mugshot (0.5 Syns)
Banana
Dinner
Birdseye Crispy Chicken (8 syns)
Mixed vegetables (carrots,green beans, sweetcorn,cauliflower and broccoli)
SW Chips
Blue Dragon Sweet Chilli sauce 1 level tbsp (1 syn)
Total Syns for today 9.5 syns
Ive drank loads of water aswell today, also will be doing 10 mins of my fitness DVD when i get in from work
Porridge oats are hexb, but the oats so simple I think are syned, btw I like that you've pointed it out
So i've just weighted myself! and after 5 days ive managed to loose 1lb, i thought i would have lost abit more but after 5 days thats pretty good.
So Friday morning will be my weigh day!
aww well done thats fab!!!
A 1lb is brill, its a loss at the end of the day.
