ProPoints Diary of a WW virgin

Thank you. Well bearing in mind I knew I was having a KFC tonight I thought I would be good today but I have just wanted to eat crap. I have has crisps, chocolate, cake (all ww but it's not the point) and I really really want lager. Just went out and brought 8 corona so I hope this craving goes away after tonight. ;) hope you have a nice Saturday night whatever you are doing xxx
 
Sometimes a blow out is needed,some of my weeklies will be used tonight and used some on meal out last night,my daughter is at mine till tomorrow morning so movie night later,enjoy your evening :0)
 
Have a fabulous time. I think it's what i need. I have never craved food like this before and for once it's not chocolate. Still will blow it all tonight and start again tomorrow. Enjoy spending time with your daughter xx
 
No it won't turn into a week...I have a holiday in 8 weeks and want to lose another 9 pounds before then :-/ and I have set my deadline of goal by September next year when I go to Florida so 16 months for 3 stone..it's going to keep me on track ..... KFC was nice but not as yummy as I had imagined all week. Been out until now so enjoying my first beer of the evening so won't have too many so probably not as bad as I thought I would be either :)
 
Glad it's turned out well for you..yea I find some foods just don't hit the spot anymore! Have a nice chilled Sunday :0)
 
Well today's plan is as follows:

Breakfast - rice crispies and milk - 10pp (an having a large bowl as starving)

Lunch - 2 pieces hovis whole meal bread and primula and cucumber with an Eton mess muller yogurt and a bag of cheese curls - 13pp

Dinner - sausage casserole, new potatoes and green beans - 8pp

Fruit salad, meringue and Creme fraiche for pudding - 2pp

Planned snacks - coconut cake, rich toffee bar and ww cappuccino - 5pp

Total = 38pp/31pp

Yesterday I went into 15 of my weeklies and using 7 today means 22 used leaving 27 remaining. Have planned my week and shouldn't use any more so I'm happy with that!
 
Well in reality today was a bit different than planned. I had a bowl of cookie crisp cereal and milk - one of the selection boxes of cereal so only 30g so breakfast was 5pp

Lunch was as planned - primula and cucumber sandwich, skips, ww coconut cake and half a muller yogurt (my stepdaughter started it and didn't like it so I finished it off) - 13pp

Dinner- I had 2 ww sausages and sausage casserole mix, 3 boiled potatoes (just under 100g) and green beans and brocolli - 6pp

I then had a chokablok ice cream for 6pp and then fruit salad, meringue and Creme fraiche - 2pp

And I have also had 1 ww cappuccino, 1 ww cookie and 1 square of fruit and nut - 3pp

Total - 35/31pp so 4 weeklies used meaning I have 30 weeklies left yet.

Plan of the day for tomorrow is:

Breakfast - special k cereal bar, banana and 2 low fat fromage frais (the little kids ones but value versions as they need using up) - 6pp

Lunch - ww tuna with sweetcorn and mayo, salad - 2pp, low fat strawberry yogurt - 3pp

Dinner - chicken breast and stir fry veg - 4pp, meringue, fruit salad and Creme fraiche - 2pp

Leaves me 14pp for treats for the day - thinking coconut cake - 2pp, 2x cappuccino - 3pp, quavers - 2pp, ww chocolate and vanilla biscuit - 2pp, cookies - 2pp and toffee popcorn bar - 2pp

Sounds like a lot when I write it down - might change some of the treats for higher pp ones but depends on how picky I feel at work.

Well dinner changes to ww chicken Korma and rice. An over points but was a nice impromptu tea (me and my hubby love curry but my step daughter hates it so she was out for tea so we took advantage of it) over dailies by 5 points so will knock of weeklies.

Lunch out tomorrow so thinking will have carvery or jacket potato....although Am swaying towards roast. Cereal bar for breakfast and pasta or soup for dinner. Am estimating maximum 33pp. Will also be going out for a walk tomorrow night so will earn some back.

I then - or my plan is - to have 3 days of being excellent with zumba two of those days before wi.
 
So today ended up being - cereal bar - 3pp, fruit

Lunch - carvery - pointed at 14pp as had loads of veggies - followed by 3 mini tarts and ice cream - pointed at 9 after looking at other posts

Dinner - don't know but have 5pp left so thinking ww tuna and salad for 2pp leaving 3 for cappuccino and chocolate later.

Am so happy today - about 2 years ago I sold my wii to get an xbox as thought I would prefer the Kinnect well I hated it and sold it at Christmas. Been hunting around for another wii and have found one being delivered tonight at 7!!! I'm so excited :) wiifit here I come :)
