ProPoints Diary of a WW virgin

Today's day:

Breakfast - mint bliss bar - 2pp
Lunch - ww crackers, laughing cow, quavers and a yoghurt - 6pp
Dinner - chilli and rice - 14pp

Total 22/32

Snacks - cookies, rich toffee, crispy raisin slices -8pp leaving 2 for something later :)

So unsure what to do with my points today. Yesterday I had 7 points left over and same today. I'm not hungry at all and if I eat it's for the sake of eating which I don't want to do. My food plan leaves me about the same tomorrow :( I know if I don't use them I lose them but I'm just not hungry at the moment. :\

Thinking tomorrow might have 2 cereal bars tomorrow to try and use more points.

Potential plan is therefore - special k bar and alpen bar - 5pp

Lunch - left over pasta and sauce - 9pp

Dinner - ww chilli beef pizza - 6pp

Have Zumba so don't want to eat a lot in the evening.

Total 20/32pp so after crisps, cookies, chocolate will have 6pp left.
 
Yea I agree on the eating too little though can see where you are coming from if not hungry,Jaly offers the best advice there :0)
 
Thanks guys. Had a glass of milk and a kitkat thing for 7pp. Feel quite ick now...am sure milk doesn't agree with me but my friends keep telling me to drink it to too as I don't get enough calcium so gave it a shot. Mad as before my tummy bug and ww I loved it and would easily drink 4 pints in a day!!!
 
Hiya. All has been ok. Just been immensely busy so haven't got on much. Am just going to weigh so will update food later. Been 100% last few days and now have a Florida holiday to look forward to next year and I refuse to be fat for it again :) xx
 
I lost another 2lbs. 18lbs in 9 weeks. Still no idea on food today. Oh and stepdaughter want a kebab for their tea so am thinking this is time for me to make spinach and tomato lasagne :)
