Thanks. Im not as pleased with them as my step daughters. I did a much better job on hers but I did do these to myself so can't beat myself up too much x
 
Well last week at work before holiday. Come in to a real crappy atmosphere so headphones in and head down. It's rubbish.

Anyway food for today - belvita biscuits - 6pp
Lunch ryvitas and cheese triangles - 3pp

Dinner - breaded cod, new potatoes and beans - 11pp

10 for treats - crisps - 2pp, biscuit - 2pp, cookies - 2pp, chocolate - 2pp and yogurt - 1pp

1 left thinking for ice Lolly later :)
 
ECG done....nothing abnormal to report. Blood tests done - all come back fine. No idea what the problem is so back to the doctors I go :(
 
An having a real dilemma today - its just me at home tonight and I can't be bothered to cook. It's out of the freezer night and I have no ready meals left. I do have frozen down Indian, Spag Bol but I don't fancy them.

Can't think of what to have that's quick and easy - was thinking cereal, or soup, or egg on toast but nothing strikes my fancy. Need inspiration :)
 
I have decided I'm going to get a roast dinner ready meal and top it up with other veg.

That means my day today was:

Alpen cereal bar - 3pp

Lunch - ryvitas and cheese triangle - 3pp

Dinner - roast dinner - 10pp

Snacks

Crisps - 2pp, biscuit - 2pp, chocolate - 2pp, 2 caramel mallows - 3pp (need eating up), Ww yogurt - 1pp

Probably going for a swim after work too so will earn 5 activity points :)
