It's the lower side of normal so nothing to be concerned over. I have always had low blood pressure so it's nothing unusual. He just said it could be getting up to quickly or stress and to wait and see.

Generally it will make you feel weak and light headed if its really low but normally it wouldn't affect you. When I has really low blood pressure it was when we discovered I was allergic to morphine and I nearly died but other than that it has never been a problem. Mine is at the Lowe end of normal but is still within a normal range

Hi guys. Last day at work - woo hoo :)

Anyway today's plan is:

B - alpen cereal bar - 2pp
L - Tuna and sweetcorn sandwich in brown bread - 7pp
D - minted lamb kebabs and pitta with salad and mayo - 12pp

Also have planned:

Crisps, biscuit, yogurt - 5pp
And I had a bag if sweets from the trolly lady - pointed at 4pp

24 weeklies left. Wi tomorrow morning not Saturday then I won't be tracking from Saturday until the 27th July.

Although I will be back here on the 26th it will be my birthday and it's carnival day where we live so will be having a few drinks and treats that day so diets start on the 27th x
 
And all packed. Just waiting for my friend To get here then I can chill tonight as have a busy day tomorrow before a 2.30 start on Saturday morning ;)
