ProPoints Diary of a WW virgin

Ohh what sundae stuff did you get? Chinese sounds nice, haven't had a Chinese since my holiday in May! Be good to see what you think of sf :0)

I brought some vanilla Ice cream, meringues and I did buy a bag of maltesers, galaxy bites and minstrels....however I have given the chocolate to my hubby and decided I am having meringue, raspberries, strawberries and ice cream :) I do have some chocolate like Freddos or weightwatchers chocolate I can put on if I think it needs it.

The people who are feeding us on Monday either do a roast or Chinese - its always one or the other - and I feel a bit rude asking - so am just going to have low point food before I go as its not until tea time. The only part I will struggle to resist is pudding as she makes amazing cakes and always put on a great cheese board.

Am definitely going to do sf tomorrow. I just need to figure out breakfast - can you tell me if I'm on the right track

Breakfast - wanted cereal (new obsession) but haven't figured what is free yet - have Museli, shreddies, weatabix, fruit and fibre, rice crispies, multigrain hoops or porridge

Lunch - was thinking 2 poached eggs on brown bread - baked beans?

Dinner - pork loin steak, potatoes (roasted in fry light) and vegetables (are peas free) and fruit salad with fat free Greek yoghurt for pudding

Supper/snacks - crumpets and marmite?

Have been trying to think how I can use this for work without being heavy on points.

I eat a lot of fruit at work and have been having cereal anyway so could just bulk up on a bit more cereal to see me through the morning...

fruit and a salad at lunch time With a fat free yoghurt?

Fruit or a low point snack at 3

Then dinners should be fairly easy most days....and days I can't have a sf dinner or if I need to I can convert to pointing.

How am I sounding?

Your version of a sundae sounds nice,I like it like fruit and Ice cream as well, love meringues! Can understand what you mean bout feeling rude asking about what meal it is.Yum to the afters there ;0) days for sf look good including work days.Porridge is free and I have muesli as free and others do weetabix!

And you don't weigh how much you have on sf alollyhough obviously not to excess - just to feeling full. I'm really scared of doing it incase I overeat. Mad isn't it :)

I love my weeklies. As my wi is a Saturday I try and use them at the weekend then have a good week and maybe a treat on a Friday night if I have some weeklies left!! Low point breakfast and lunches are the way for me as I love a big dinner. Meat feast pizza sounds yummy.

Well despite the whopping points for my lunch and the fact that I was craving crap this morning I did surprisingly ok. Spag Bol for tea and sundae meant that I had 39 points today. 10 weeklies used.

Am thinking am going to give sf a go on Tuesday (mainly as I want another sundae tomorrow night lol)

Hehe bout the sundae ;0) a good day all round, well done :0)

Comfort food is always needed once in a while. Only problem for me is I eat so well most of the time that when I do eat rubbish (but yummy) food it makes me feel rubbish the next day. Not guilt, it just makes me feel sluggish and tired and grumpy.

Hope your well!!! Have a good day!
