Well today although I am pointing I thought I would make sf choices to see if I could do it and am on the right track - would be lovely if someone could tell me if I am understanding it right - I did make the decision after breakfast, which I had 30g multigrain hoops with skimmed milk (4pp) so not strictly sf but know for future. Will get some shredded wheat things for ongoing sf - can you have the fruit variety?
Lunch was the one pan breakfast, however I added a slice of wholemeal bread, beans, tomato. It was gorgeous and filling and if I am right this would all be free on sf? - was 8pp
Dinner tonight is pork, potatoes and veg - not sure yet if I will have roasted or new potatoes - pointed would be 10pp (11 with a splash of gravy)
22/23pp - thinking of a sundae again as it was lovely - so 8pp again will be 30/31pp or 10 weeklies if I was following sf (8 for sundae and 1 for butter and gravy - assuming I had had the right cereal lol)
