ProPoints Diary of a WW virgin

Hi. Sorry been absent for a few days. Been busy trying to set my hubby up in business and applying for jobs. It's been a bit manic.

Food been on plan. Nothing exciting to report although I did have WW sticky toffee pudding and ice cream the other night which was amazing!!

Today I am taking my sd to take her theory do we are having a subway - 10pp, then Jp and Tuna salad for tea - 11pp... Breakfast was cereal -5pp so 26 so far and 3 for treats. 19 weeklies left.

Set myself a mini challenge of a stone by Xmas- 16 weigh days.. Just to encourage me to keep good :)
 
Back....didn't manage a nap bit still had a bit of me time.

Dinner changed to salmon, new potatoes and salad for 11pp and had a twirl while I was waiting for my stepdaughter - 5pp and a cappuccino - 2pp

Total for today is 33pp so have 14 weeklies remaining.
 
Twirl is my favourite chocolate and the snack size ones were on offer in the coop and I made the mistake of buying some and putting one in my bag for her when she got out - well after 40 minutes of waiting for her it was either chocolate or a cigarette and as I gave up 4 years decided on chocolate!!!

I'm doing my Ww lady a favour tomorrow and getting a box of dark chocolate rich toffee bars in return (there's 5 in a box) so I can hide the twirls for a while!!

My week of no snacks isn't going to plan although I am only having 2 snacks at work and having higher pointed lunches and proper food!!!

I'm trying to be better and have better food choices and weaning my way to trying sf. Used a lot of weeklies this week though - bad weekend and bad day on Monday - 41 pp alone that day! Trying to pull it back for weigh In
 
I just found I was getting to the stage when I was having 6 or 7pp got breakfast and lunch together and 12/14pp on snacks - even though they were mainly Ww snacks - but I just figured it wasn't really going to help me in the long run - so I'm now having 5 for breakfast, 5/6 for lunch, 11 or 12 for dinner and 6 throughout the day on snacks - not giving up completely just cutting down.
