ProPoints Diary of a WW virgin

I love a roast too but I was outvoted. Going to get myself a small joint for next weekend and have a roast then instead as we have no nika for a few days from next Saturday. As for today it's cooking nicely. I'm starving though :)
 
As requested. We are early eaters. Always try and eat by 6/6.30 but by 5/5.30 at weekends - that's my nans fault - mind you we don't have the 4 courses she used to feed us every meal time.

I prefer to have my dinner between 5 and 6..it's only later when the OH cooks,I find if its too late I don't enjoy it as much and it's not as filling!
 
I'm the same. If its any later than 7.30 I normally don't want to eat. It's normally later here if nika cooks. My other half never cooks!!!

Pudding I had calculated wrongly. 15pp - amazing and worth the pp. delicious. 21 weeklies left - 44 points used today.

5 days of excellence and 2 days of swimming planned :)

Yea it's not too bad if going out for a meal as you're out but sitting at home waiting is a no no lol
My OH wont be cooking as much soon as I do most of it when he is at Uni,he will probably still do Sunday dinner apart from when he has a essay or exam to study for.
Those profiteroles look delish,I used to have those as my dessert quite alot at Pizza Hut in the past!
 
Every time I have tried to go something came up but it's been ages. Hopefully will give me a weight loss boost - I need to stop being such a pig over the weekends and have a good 7 days. I need to stop mucking about - I'm really frustrated with myself. I'm still losing or sts but I want to have more of an impact and still want to lose 13 1/2lbs to be at a healthy bmi by Christmas so it's 13 weeks - need to get my butt on gear n back on it properly.
 
Lb a week loss is pretty good so reckon you should be ok there,I so know what you mean about the weekends,was saying to the OH just before that fruit and yoghurts for snacks in the evening just won't do lol..will try low fat rice puddings/custard and can still have fruit with that!
 
Thanks guys. I really appreciate your support. Planning tomorrow already. It's when I'm not planning I'm not doing very well so planning my week and dinners next weekend and WON'T deviate.

I take a yoghurt to work now as well as a few other treats and leave myself 2 points after my dinner just incase I need something as if I don't use them then 27pp is still ok I think.

Plus if I don't eat then I can have a glass of milk or a cappuccino to use those points. That's my plan this week anyway
 
Dinners all planned, most lunches planned - breakfast is always Weetabix or grapefruit....I think my week is sorted with lots of points in a day for extras.
