natural foods, brown rice, non processed stuff so something like chicken breast with veg probs best for night before WI tea... although i do believe that as it changes having this thr day before getting a loss then having a treat on WI makes no difference really lol.. it's just getting those motivational losses
yummy!!! im not having garlic bread tonight.......for the fact that im lazy and i cannot be bothered to go to tesco to get.........but now i have a MASSIVE craving for garlic bread!!! i have 3pp left and i think two slice tesco light choices garlic bread is 2pp....i have to have two! so 5pp it works out i think.
