I'm really not a runner...love walking round the park though, you totally get that ny vibe! Like to take my lunch there in the summer! Think I'll probably pass on the running...!!! Xxx
 
Friday 28th

Lost 1lb!!! Yay!! 1 more to go til target! Let's hope I get there...and manage to maintain!!!

Breakfast: activia yog, banana and flaxseed (1.5 syns)

Lunch: wm pitta (heb) with cheese (hea) and salad, el mayo (1syn)

Dinner: quorn stir fry w noodles

Thanks hun.....but bad weekend!!!! I really let loose.....I ate pastry, lol!!! Creamy mushrooms, pastry and chips with full fat mayo all in one meal, sitting by a log fire at our local - heaven!!! Back on it today!!! 8 weeks til Christmas, I want to be a couple pounds under target so I can really enjoy myself!!! Xxx

I have been the same. It's my * week and ever since Friday I have been terrible! I am actually craving junk. Not like me at all. It's like the more chocolate I have the more I want! I need help LOL Xxx

* week for me too!! I've just got back from India and I've eaten so much curry..... It just tastes so much better there I can't resist!!! And they have such great veggie stuff!!! Ahhhhh!!! Hope your chocolate cravings have gone!!!! :) xx

So I've not been around a lot this week, having major food issues...... Eat eat eat eat eat!!! Anyway, back on track today ready for WI tomorrow..... Oooops, I'm thinking it'll be a gain!!!

Breakfast: chopped apple, pear and banana

Lunch: wm pitta (heb) with cheese (hea) lettuce tomato and cucumber, el mayo (1syn)

Dinner: omelette with cheese (hea) onion mushrooms and peppers, served with salad and el mayo (1syn)

Snacks: alpen light and 1 krisproll (heb)

May have glass of wine (12syns??)

OMG..... I lost 1lb, I'm back at target and in complete shock!!! I've had a really bad * week and really thought I'd gain! I have been really stressed so maybe this is the reason??? Anyway, it's finished my crappy week off nicely!!! I'm VERY happy!!!
 
Fri 4th Nov

I may be at target but I'm going to keep with the same eating plan this week and see how I get on

Breakfast: meatfree bacon (2syn) egg beans and cheese (hea)

Lunch: fruit salad, yog and alpen light (heb1/2)

Dinner: 2xmeatfree burgers (2syns) with sw chips and salad and cheese (hea) el mayo and ketchup (2syns)

We're having my 2 1/2 yr old nephew over tonight to stay so going to try my best to stay away from the choccies!!!

Why is it that I hit target and go flippin crazy eating?!??? :-( went for lunch Saturday and the only veggie thing they had was loaded nachos or ciabatta with goats cheese and crisps, went for ciabatta but ate all crisps too..... and half bottle wine. Yesterday back to work - took loads of yummy sw stuff but also ate a fatty cheese souffle with cheese sauce :-(

Now I'm away I'm going to be living on mugshots.....

Breakfast: hifi bar (heb) and banana

Lunch: tomato and herb mugshot and apple

Dinner: going out not sure where, but might just have sides - jacket potato, salad and coleslaw (syns)

Tue 8th nov

Yesterday was good until dinner.... Only thing restaurant had was veggie burger.... Only had a handful of chips.. And a margarita!!!

Breakfast/lunch: went down for buffet had massive bowl of pineapple, strawberries and grapes, followed by 2 poached eggs on toast (2xheb) with cheese (2xhea) then 1 mini pancake with more strawberries and a little cake (10syns??) then more pineapple!!

Dinner: on flight will probably have 2 mugshots
 
Oh dear, week has gone soooo bad and I'm + 2lbs today. Not sure why, but I'm feeling really down today, I shouldn't be, I've had a fun day shopping with friend but I've just got in and feel really teary :-( I would usually eat some chocolate but I've poured wine instead... Which I'll syn!!

It's only 6 for a small (175ml) and 8.5 (250 ml) for a large sweetie...or maybe its 6.5 and 8...anyway my point is its not as much as 10....unless its a really really..ahem...small glass ;-)
