Diary of an Air Hostess!

Omg, I got a load of Xmas canapés from m&s yesterday to put in freezer - I am obsessed with the Brie and cranberry tarts... And they're only 2.5 syns each!! Opened box and had 2 yesterday - well worth the syns!!!! Also had 4 quorn sausages too so had no sweeties at cinema.... Feel very virtuous!!!

Breakfast: pineapple and mango (in bed, thanks hubby!)

Lunch: Mugshot with salad

Dinner: cauliflower and potato curry with pitta naan (heb) will add 5 syns even though it's free, hubby wants to cook for me and he never follows recipes rigidly...feel bad moaning about it!!

Am thinking about wrapping up some Xmas prezzies today - exciting!!! :)
 
Friday 25 nov (1 month til Xmas!!! Whoo!!!!)

Lost 2lbs!!! Back at target!!! Yay! I'm lowering my target by 2lbs for the festive season!!! Hoping I can get there!!

Breakfast: pineapple and yog

Lunch: pitta pizza (hea+b) with salad and mayo 1 syn

Dinner: having a take away for g'dad in laws birthday, having a veg bhuna, not 100% sure on syns, but having plain rice and a couple wines - not too much as I've got a course for work tomorrow so need to be up bright and early!!!

Had an okish weekend, had a couple of chocs but managed to keep in syns (just) off to work tonight so I'm having a nice long lay in today....bliss!!!

Brunch: wm pitta (heb) with meatfree burger (1.5syns) and cheese (hea) el mayo (1syn) and some total 0% for dessert

Dinner: tomato mugshot and salad with cheese (hea)

Snacks: alpen lights (heb) and snacks (within syns!!!) on board!!!
 
Thurs 1 Dec

It's December - whoop!!!! Time to get in the Xmas spirit! I'm away at mo but putting up tree on sat when I'm back - v.excited!!!

Been out for couple meals whilst been away but tried to make good choices, and went to gym yesterday (first time in 3 months!!) instead of workout DVD, omg my body is aching today !!

Breakfast: apple and banana

Lunch: cheese mugshot (2syns) with salad and more cheese ;-) (hea)

Dinner: something on board....mugshot hopefully!!

WI is tomorrow, I'm hoping I've maintained but it's * week and I've not been great...!!!
 
Oooh I've not been on this on this on over a week! I maintained last week and this week! Still hoping for a 2lb loss in the next 2 weeks, but I've got soooo much on the week before Xmas I'm going to have to be so good this week!!!

In NY today, may go ice skating in central park - hubby is on the trip too so feeling v festive!!

Breakfast: alpen light (heb)

Lunch: tofu pitta (3syns) mugshot

Dinner: tofu pitta (3syns)

Night flight home: salad, alpen light (heb) cheese (hea)

Finally started watching Pan Am, really liking it...nowhere near comparable to my life tho lol!! Ive watched the first episode and the fifth...my sky+ seems to have deleted 2,3 and 4 but it's great! :)

No I didn't think it would compare to modern day :)

I love it as it reminds me of Mad Men and I like the obvious nods to political incorrectness that used to be accepted

No doubt they'll repeat it so you can catch the ones you missed :)

Monday 19th December

Really struggling... I have just done a trip and took my parents with me, we ate out.. A lot! I tried to make good choices, but I'm + 2lbs in 3 days, I need to really pull it back this week, but I've got something on everyday and it's really stressing me out! Thinking that if I write down everything this week it may help!

Breakfast: beans on 1 slice ww bread with cheese and marmite (1/3 heb and hea)

Lunch: homemade soup and fruit salad

Dinner: omelette and salad hea

Out for drinks at my mums tonight, I'm going to drive, may have one drink (6syns) there will be a load if canapés, I'll use the 14 syns I have left to have a couple and will take some crudités with me... This is best I can do today......
 
Yesterday wasn't too bad.... I had 4 canapés (10 syns total) 2 martini and diet lemonade (6syns) and 2 quality streets (4syns??) so only 5 over.....

Tuesday 20th December

Breakfast: scrambled egg on 1ww bread (1/3heb)

Lunch: out with girls to pub- am hoping to have jacket potato with cheese (2xhea) or wm cheese sandwich which will be 2xhea 2xheb and syn breakfast bread

Dinner: girls night at sisters... She's making sw chilli and wedges but may involve bottle wine, going to get low alcohol one which I think is 12 syns???

WI today and I'm down 1lb, if I can lose another before weekend?!?? I'll be really happy!!!

Ah no, I feel really awful reading all your praise knowing what I ate tonight.... Sw chilli with wedges - all free, had 2 glasses if low alcohol wine, yuck, then had half a real one....all ok, but then I also had cheesy Doritos with sour cream....oh the shame!!! I know it's Xmas, I know I can start again, but still don't know why I do it, my tummy really hurts now :-(

100% day tomorrow please!!?!?

So hard!!! I think once it gets to the weekend I'll stop stressing and just enjoy it...!!! You have a lovely Christmas too - last one as a miss ;-) xx
