Diary of an Air Hostess!

Soooo I ended up at a noodle bar and had tofu with rice noodles and tons of veg - broccoli, cabbage, onions, peppers, mushrooms etc, was yum!!!! I'm sure it had some syns in but it was very fresh, like it had been steamed! Anyway, I'll say 5 syns just incase there was some oil. Then I had a mini peanut butter cupcake which was 9 syns but hubby had a bite so I'll say 7 syns for that, which gives me 3 syns to play with for the flight home eeeek!!!ive also got 2xhea and a heb so I could possibly have some cheese and brown bread...I may just be able to pull off a 100% day....just!!!!!
 
WI yesterday and I lost 2lbs, now 1 under target so very very happy!! :)

Sunday 15 jan

Breakfast: banana

Lunch: 2x quorn sausages (2syns) beans, and cheese (hea)

Dinner: veg fajitas - made with wm pitta (heb) veggies, quorn, fajita seasoning (1syn) salsa, refried beans, creme fraise?? (3syns) cheese (hea) yummy!!!

Sunday 15 jan

Breakfast: banana

Lunch: 2x quorn sausages (2syns) beans, and cheese (hea)

Dinner: veg fajitas - made with wm pitta (heb) veggies, quorn, fajita seasoning (1syn) salsa, refried beans, creme fraise?? (3syns) cheese (hea) yummy!!!

Mon 16 jan

Going to do some exercise today, not sure if it will be 30ds or davina yet.

Breakfast: banana yog and flaxseed (1.5syn)

Lunch: britmums lentil cheddar loaf thing (hea) and salad, el mayo (1syn)

Dinner:possibly jacket potato and cheese with salad el mayo (1syn)
 
Hmmmmm I've just had sticky toffee pudding and custard and it really hit the spot!!!!! 16 syns, so I'm 4.5 syns over for the day but it was sooooo worth it!!!
 
Tummy really hurt after that pudding last night....but was well worth it!!!

Tue 17 Jan

Breakfast: banana, orange and yogurt

Lunch1/snack: lentil cheddar bake with salsa (1/2hea)

Lunch 2: cheese mugshot (2syns)

Dinner: out to pub tonight for dinner...it's a chef and brewer - may have goats cheese salad and a glass of wine ;-)
 
Didn't have goats cheese salad on their menu like it had online :-( ended up having butternut squash soup the veg cannelloni, not healthy at all!!!

Wed

Off to work

Breakfast: fruit and yog

Lunch: wm pitta (heb) with cheese(hea) tomato quorn sausage and el mayo (1.5syns)

Dinner: m&s count on us veg moussaka (6syns) bought this before I realised how many syns!!!!

Snacks: poss a tomato mugshot (really long flight!!)
 
Hi..... I'm up 2lbs this week :-( have had really bad week, but I'm back on it today - with the exception of lunch out....eeek!!!

Breakfast: banana and yog

Lunch: out to a deli restaurant I've looked at menu and believe itll be halloumi and houmous sandwich with salad instead of chips. I'll have brown bread as heb, oil in houmous as heb2, going to cheat and have halloumi as my hea....and my syns to compensate the rest!!!

Dinner: veg curry no rice, onions mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes, spinach, butternut squash, garlic, curry powder and possibly some quorn pieces

Wish me luck, I'm wanting to lose this by thurs as I'm meeting up with friends at wknd!!!
 
Tues 24 jan

Break: banana pineapple and yog, sprinkle flaxseed (1.5 syns)

Lunch: salad with cheese (hea) and mugshot and quorn sausage (2syns)

Dinner: quorn chilli served with carrots and broccoli and prob some cheese on top (hea) (2syns for chilli powder mix)

Snacks: alpen light x2 (heb)

Not sure what to have my other heb on, may have some nuts or something like that....hmmmm

I've got to sand down and paint the skirting board in my bedroom today - loosing motivation for this, I'm still tucked up in bed!!!!
 
Wed 25 jan

Still feeling bigger.... Am sticking to plan but nothing's budging - yes I'm serial weighing!!!! Arghhhh!!!!

Brunch: wm pitta (heb) with 'fried' egg 2x quorn sausage (2syns) cheese (hea) and ketchup (1syn)

Snack: fruit and yogurt

Dinner: cheese (hea) and mushroom omelette and salad el mayo (1syn)

Snack: alpen light??
 
Thurs 26 jan

5.30am wake up ....eeeek, I'm not good with earlies!! Anyway, I had WI a day early as I'm off to work, lost 1lb so back dead on target! I'm chuffed as its only been a 4 day week!! Yay! I'm thinking of lowering my target by 2lbs, as I get so stressed when I go over target - not 100% sure though!

Breakfast: toast (heb) with scrape of butter (1.5 syn) and marmite

Lunch: homemade veg curry

Dinner: mugshot

Snacks: yogurt, alpen light (heb) and cheese (hea)

Mumbai!! I'll probably treat myself to a curry tomorrow! You just can't go to India and not have a curry, they taste so much better there!! X

Breakfast: alpen light bar (1/2 heb)

Lunch: paneer curry in tomato based sauce with steamed rice and wm bread roll (heb) syns........

Dinner: fruit plate and possibly a mugshot on board (not sure of that'll be tomorrow though!!!)
 
I've had the wknd off - been visiting friends then when I got back yesterday hubby had made a special meal - he'd done starter and main sw but then ended up having Pringles whilst he was cooking, ice cream and chocolates for dessert and wine....eeek!!! Back on it today!!!

Mon 30 jan

Break: fruit and yog

Lunch: having a friend over - stuffed jacket potatos (cheese chive and creme fraich) hea and 2 syns, with salad and quorn pieces. I've got some antipasti too but I'll only have a little bit (2syns for oil) then sw Eton mess for dessert

Dinner: quorn stir fry

Snacks: alpen light
 
Tue 31 jan

Breakfast: fruit and yog

Lunch: jacket potato cheese beans and salad, el mayo (hea 1syn)

Lindt choc (4syns)

Dinner: at MIL tonight and she usually cooks 3 courses.... I'll most definitely be having wine tonight too, it's * week and I really had my hopes up this month that it wasn't coming.... Fingers crossed for next month!
 
Just wanted to say hi and congrats on your weight loss. I used to be cabin crew and know how difficult it can be with all the delicious first class food etc etc. I left flying a couple of yrs ago and that's when my unwanted lbs slowly crept on. I was always careful when flying as I wanted to get into my size 12 uniform and didn't want to swop it for a larger one! :eek:
