I ate 5 Thorntons this week. I felt guilty for about 30 seconds lol.

I'm still around! I've had such an unbelievably busy week, I've just not stopped!!! I've had lots of sweeties this week and I had cheesy chips last night, but other than that I've been trying to be good :) I wanted to start doing some exercise so ive been doing pregnancy yoga, but it's just stretching and laying down.... (my type of workout!!) but I'm not sure how much it's helping!!!

The best bit of a work out is always the lay down stretch that makes me want to fall asleep.
Cheesy chips are definitely allowed when pg lol.

I think II should start doing my diary again....My eatings been getting a little out of hand!!! :)

Breakfast: fruit salad and yogurt

Lunch: out baby shopping so may pick up some veggie sushi or a sandwich.... It will be something healthy and use my hebs and hea if I need it!!

Dinner: jacket potato cheese and beans (hea)
 
Mon 24 sept

Breakfast: mango yogurt

Lunch: wm pitta with cheese salad, el mayo and pickle (hea heb 2 syns)

Dinner: quorn cottage pie with veg

Options hot choc (hea 2 syns)
 
Tue 25 sept

Breakfast: mango, yogurt cereal bar (3 syns)

Lunch: quorn bolognese pasta cheese (hea)

Dinner: scrambled egg beans on toast w/cheese (hea heb)

Hmmmm loving warm comforting food in this weather!!

This weeks going ok, still eating lots of chocolate and not writing it down - oooops!!! ;) Hope your ok!! Xx

Lunch: cheese salad pitta el mayo ( hea heb 2 syns)
Dairy milk chocolate ( 8 syns)

Dinner: tofu curry and rice

Options hot choc made with milk (2syns hea)

Sweeties .... Lol. I'm good thanks. I'm having a fat day. I feel like I don't care today. No reason why nothing wrong just because.

I'm glad all is well with you, those weeks are ticking by. Have you bought most of the baby items yet? You'll be packing a hospital vague down then reality hits. So exciting.

Mangos cereal bar sounds lovely.

Yeah we've got pretty much everything now, I like to be organised!! 4 more weeks at work, v.excited!!!

Don't know why, but I feel really Christmassy today, which is bizarre as its so sunny outside!! But the house is cold! Anyway, I love this feeling!!! :)

Lunch: wm pitta with quorn fillet, cheese el mayo (hea heb 1 syn)

Dinner: veg burgers, chips, beans el mayo (3 syns)

Some chocolate but not sure what yet....

You can't beat that christmassy feeling. Yesterday was lovely weather. Its awful here today wet and windy.
 
It's awful here today too, really cold and rainy!! Did not want to get up this morning!!!

Talking of quality streets, my friend had a box and I ended up eating loads at hers yesterday..... Oh well!!!

Hi!!

How was your weekend? Was the wedding good? When your back put a photo on your diary!! :)

I'm good, have been feeling really tired, but feel a lot better this week- although getting up at 6.30 was a struggle!!!

Nothing wrong with spaghetti on toast with loads of black pepper. Yumminess.

I love flapjacks, I always look at them longingly by the tills in aldi lol.

It wasn't worth the syns.... I had a different flapjack last night, homemade(not by me!) double the size... Was amazing!! Not even thinking about the syns in that!!!

Oh no I hate that, syns have to be worth it. Homemade flapjacks are the best. Homemade brownies too.....having naughty chocolate brownie thoughts now.

How are you and bump? How many weeks to go? My friend had her baby last night, gorgeous pink yumminess....uber broody.

8 weeks to go...!!! Me and bump are good, starting to feel really awkward and uncomfortable, I don't know how short people cope!! I'm 5ft8 and have quite a long body but there is still not enough space!!! My ribs are killing all the time!

Ahhhh, you'll have to go and have cuddles!!!
