Thought I should start writing food down now I've finished work...

Breakfast: 1slice ww toast (1/3heb) with peanut butter (2 syns) apple

Lunch: wm pitta (heb) with veg burger (0.5 syns) cheese (hea) and ketchup (1syn)

Dinner: cheese (hea) and onion omelette with beans and possibly sw chips. Ketchup and el mayo (3 syns)

Snack: activia yog

Not the 'healthiest' of foods in terms of 5 a day but I need to go shopping!!

I also ate 3/4 of a chocolate orange... I'm such an emotional eater!!!! I was feeling quite down yesterday... I can't believe I managed to stop at 3/4!!!!

Dinner: veg paella

Snacks - I'm sure some form of chocolate will be involved!!! :)

Hoping to go for a walk along the beach today, I really need to get myself moving!!!
 
Massive hugs. Don't worry about money things always have a way of working themselves out. Babies don't need half as much as you think they do. I bought 1/4 of the things 4th time round. Love, warmth and food is the necessary...patience helps too lol.

Chocolate....I was craving milka alpine chocolate last night. Drool.
 
Hi, been reading through your diary! You don't seem to have much to eat, I wouldn't be able to survive on That amount of food. I thought slimming world was unlimited? Itried ww and was able to eat more food. I hope Ian not speaking out of place and sorry if you feel that way. I'm trying to loose weight while breastfeeding but am always hungry:-( x

Of course your not speaking out of place!! It may sound like not a lot but my portion sizes are quite big.... Although I'm struggling to eat big portions at the mo (I'm 35 weeks pregnant) Also, you can probably see I don't tend to post a lot, this is usually when I'm not on plan!!! I tend to write what I'm going to eat in the morning to try and keep me on track but I usually snack too, but I never know what I'm going to have. Slimming world isn't restrictive at all, you can eat so much, a lot more than what I put in my diary.

Have you looked at the breastfeeding thread, I think it's a sticky... It may help you. Do you know you can have extra healthy extras when your breastfeeding. I'm not sure how much, but the girls on the thread will be able to tell you xx

Ah thanks - it's a bit boring at the moment, I have zero enthusiasm to write anything down!!!

I can't believe I'm 35 weeks either, it's unbelievable just how quickly the time flies by - it will for you too!! I am so excited!! I just can't wait to see what he looks like!! How are you feeling? Xxx

I think it's great that your still trying to keep it up hun :) wont be long now until you can see him, have you got everything sorted?

It feels like only yesterday we found out and I'm almost 10 weeks! Feeling much better now thanks, been literally eating anything I fancy and luckily have stayed the same weight. was getting rather peeved with NHS though because I don't have my first midwife appointment until 11 weeks and scan isn't until 14 weeks!! So after much deliberation we went for a private one last night and it was amazing! So exciting once you've seen there is actually something in there!

I'm about 50% on plan... It's hard!!! Yeah we're all sorted and ready for him to arrive!!!

Ahhhh that's lovely you got a private scan (not that you had too, you should really be seen before then!!!) It's so reassuring when you see the baby on the screen!! Your already a 1/4 of the way through!!! Exciting!!!! Xx

Ooo just a waiting game for you now then. I do hope I'm organised by 35 weeks.

Crickey 1/4 way through, how scary! Didn't even think of it like it. Think when we return from holiday I need to start getting organised. Was so upset the NHS didn't scan, even when I was in hospital with suspected blood clot they never even mentioned it! Xxx

That's awful... At least you know now all is good with baby!! Xx
