I think I've been walking so much it's compensated for the bad food!!! X
I could never understand how people who want to lose weight after a baby manage to gain weight... You've got all this extra baby weight that's going to come off, you no longer have the excuse of eating for two etc etc.... until now. Omg, the exhaustion is immense!!! I'm so tired ill eat anything!! I've managed to inhale 2 Lindt eggs already today and I didn't even enjoy them or particularly want them.
I've not weighed in today, mainly because I haven't had time, but I know I've gained and it's so depressing. I don't even want to lose weight, I want to sts, but I can't stop eating easy crap!!!
Sorry about the rant!! I'm immensely happy, but I'm so unbelievably tired!!!!!!!!!!!! Baby b has finally gone to sleep, I'm sitting in a tip, I need a shower but can't get off the sofa. Hope everyone is having a lovely day!!! x
Sweetie I completely hear you, 10 years of sugar and carbs so I could continue to function. It is exhausting but it will get better.
Eating sugar gives you a temporary lift before the slump, the high for me was easy to refeed but I got in an obese mess. I was happier on sugar. You can do this! Can you hide any extra Lindt eggs lol?!
Stay where you are and get some sleep while the baby is asleep :bighug:
It doesn't matter if the place is a mess as hubby won't care x
As for the weight - it will come off eventually

Hi just having a quick nosy and had to post!! You've brought back memories of me breastfeeding my first daughter, baby in one arm on the boob, hand in a bag of already unwrapped lindt balls, shovelling them into my mouth like there was no tomorrow, in the middle of the night!! Sorry I've got no advice, orange kitkat chunkys were my fuel after my second daughter lol. Don't be too hard on yourself, honestly I think if you need chocolate to get by, and your managing small losses or maintaining, then eat away. Time soon flies so enjoy your newborn and you'll get back on track eventually
Thanks everyone! I'm feeling much better today. We slept reasonably well last night, and he's been a little angel today (mostly!!!)
I've kind of been on plan, although I haven't counted syns but I think I've been within
Breakfast: scrambled eggs beans cheese (hea)
Lunch: wm pitta cheese salad coleslaw (hea heb 3syns??)
Dinner: 2meayfree sausages 3 syns, sw chips beans, ketchup (1 syn) cheese (heb??)
Galaxy choc 6 syns
Ok, 13 syns, but hardly any veg or fruit, oops!!
A good night makes such a difference. I remember the new baby zombified mum feeling.
I need more veg today too, just had a big fat sausage sandwich not a veg in sight lol.
At least the Lindt have all gone. ;-) I think we're out of chocolate too, might do us a favour lol.
