Diary of an Air Hostess!

Thanks ladies.... I do think I've put it all back on after a weekend off... Talk about yo yo dieting!!!

B easy on easy off! Don't worry about it you are allowed to live a bit. I hope it was a tasty weekend.

Ooops +1lb this week - not surprised!!!

It's just 1lb sweetie, it'll be off just as fast plus some more. I hope the family are well. Have a lovely weekend.

How's this week going b?,x

This week, food wise so far not so great.... But it was a lovely weekend!! :) I'm really up and down at the moment with how I feel about food/weight!! I'm happy, I just don't want to gain, but I don't have time/energy to think about food!! I nearly got a panini in costa today but babyB woke up crying so I left... Maybe he knew he had to help mummy!!!! He's just had his injections this morning and although he was fine then, he's been very grisly this afternoon!! It's just taken me an hour to get him to go for a nap and he'll prob only sleep 30 mins....

Clever little baby! I hope he's ok now after his injections. It's horrible when they feel sorry for themselves after.

Maybe leaving the diet and just trying to eat healthily most of the time. It might remove the pressure, you don't need to feel stressed about your weight you're a new mum. Enjoy the baby days of coffee and lunching, it'll soon be a walking toddler that won't allow you to lunch or you'll be back in work. :-/

I nearly fell into a box of lindor last night and thought if you lol. They are so good!

How are you finding things b?

Haha, hilarious! You know I love them!! Hubby thinks the texture is like butter and won't eat them - all the more for me!!! :)

I'm ok, trying not to put too much pressure on myself. WI day is today, I lost 1lb (although I weighed yesterday and was down 2lbs which is a bit annoying!!!) I'm out for dinner tonight, and hubby and I are cooking a nice meal tomorrow so looks like the weekend might not be too good.... I did do some exercise today though!!

Everyone knows I love them and often buy me boxes, for Easter etc and I just cannot resist them!!!!!! Impressed you can avoid them!! :)

I just run in the opposite direction tony buys me some on Mother's Day too which is naughty of him as I literally cannot stop once I've opened the box. I'm dreaming of them right now boo hoo :( x

Lindor are my very favourite chocolates in the world. I eat boxes of them at Christmas and try avoid the rest of the year. :)

They are just gorgeous! I wish I could find them in dark chocolate, you'd find me collapsed in the corner giggling.

Just like chocolate butter- perfect what's not to like. Crazy men lol. My dh isn't fussed either, he goes my get the whole chocolate therapy thing.

A lb is a lb well done! Remove the pressure and eat well when you can that will help you maintain a natural balance. I need to fit in a good long walk this weekend too. Good effort on the exercise it all counts.

When my first baby was the same age as yours I would walk 1.5mikes into town, buy a Greggs iced cherry Belgium bun ( with cream in the middle) and then walk home and sit in the garden eating it in the sunshine with a coffee. I was 18st then by the time I had baby number 2 (3 year gap) I was a good 22-23st. Don't do that and you should be ok lol! I can't believe I'm in the low 14st bracket now. It's easy to gain when you're a new mum because its exhausting so just remember how well you are doing! It was all too easy for me.

So disciplined. Why do they have to be so melt in the mouth appealing.

Your right, it's so easy to eat crap with a new baby and tiredness. All my meals are fine and sw, except if I'm eating out, which is not often, but limiting the cakes/chocolate/snacks is so difficult!! I'm tired I want sugar....!!!! I can totally see how you managed to gain so much. But you've done so well now. I think if I hadn't found sw before baby I'd be gaining - alot! I was such a yo yo dieter before, I know I would have been eating rubbish meals too. So thankfully I'm where I want to be, just bouncing around a couple of lbs up and down - at least it's not more than that, I can deal with that. Healthy meals is the key to keeping me more awake too!! :)

If only I'd found Sw sooner. I lived on white carbs and chocolate. My meals wouldn't have been too bad but the creamy currys and convenience naughty meals plus the snacks to keep me awake were my downfall.

You're a superstar for doing so well, you're the example of how it should be done. If I could turn back time I'd never have got myself in such a state but I had no support and I didn't think I could lose such a massive amount.

I think your yoyo days are behind you. ;-)

I have no idea but I actually loathe the person who invented chocolate :( it's the bane of my life. But it's really my only vice since I stopped smoking :)

The problem is in the limiting of it. Have you tried the new malteser bars? If you haven't don't they're disgusting!

(that's a big fat lie they are lush just trying to save you lol). X
