Ok so I keep going on and on about how I really am starting to eat better but actually haven't, but today I weighed myself and I've put on 5lbs in 2 weeks...... Grrrrrrr!!! I think it might be that babyB is sleeping much better so I'm not up in the middle of the night which I think must have burnt off a load of calories - one night I rocked him for an hour an half, he's 20lbs now, surely that was burning off all the cakes/choc I was eating!!!!
Anyway, upset that the scales were going the wrong way I decided that enough is enough, and to get on with it!! I'm not pregnant anymore, I need to start eating properly. Well my mum nearly scuppered it by buying me done cake in costa but luckily I'd planned an extremely low syn day so although I had some cake, I still managed to be within syns (just!!)
Breakfast: yogurt (I know I need to eat more but didn't shop until afternoon!)
Lunch: cheese and marmite wm pitta (hea and heb)
Snack: herbal tea and carrot cake.... (10 syns, I only ate a big of the icing and tiny bit of cake)
Dinner: veggie pasta with cheese (hea and 4 syns for jar sauce)
Been to tescos so hoping I can keep up the good work now that I've got healthy food in!! Although I still have an Easter egg (butlers with choc truffles, thank you mum!!!) I will have to syn it!!!
