Diary of laurenmay... prepare for some whinging!!

Well I've just been weighed.. and that's 6lbs off :) which isn't at all bad considering I had Sunday off and ate a hell of a load of utter crap & I'm a day early for weigh in anyway :) hoping that with my night off tonight, but then a week of super strict CD that I'll manage to shift a bit more and hopefully be down around the 11 and a half mark :)

6lbs off!! That's great! Out of interest what did you eat on your night off? You're having better losses than me and I'm not really being naughty!! Although if I had a 'naughty' night i could well and truly wreck my diet!!

My day off on Sunday I went through about 4 slices of medium white bread with butter, 4 floured white bread rolls with butter, a lasagne with extra grated cheese, big share bag of milky buttons, few of the babies rusks, lots of pop, a cadbury chaos pot which is like a big trifle.. Oh and a boost, and some more milky buttons, and probably more things I can't remember! I literally ate from morning till night & didn't stop... So I'm pleased with 6lbs cause technically I've only dieted for 5 days and not consecutively either so my body hasn't had chance to get into ketosis at all..

I'm 11st 13lbs now, so under the 12 stone mark, and after this evening I intend to be 100% with no whinging or moaning (I hope!) and I'd love to be able to lose maybe another 5-6lbs to get me closer to the 11 and a half stone mark :)

We're about the same weight. I'm hoping to be around 11.8 tomorrow night.... :-/

Thanks :) I'm definitely back on it tomorrow with a vengeance! Don't wanna see 12 stone something on those scales ever again, and don't wanna see 11st something either so will work my butt off to get rid of it ASAP!! Good luck on your weigh in! xxx

Well done in the loss! I could kill for some white toast with melting butter,mmm and I don't even usually eat white bread!
 
Hello everyone :)

Well it's day 1 again for me, my fresh start begins today & I couldn't be more ready :)

I had my night off last night, to end my naughty week in style, and drunk tinkerbell - you were right! I didn't enjoy it, I ate everything I've been craving the past few days & was so excited but in all honesty it was pants. I even tried forcing myself to enjoy it, telling my head & tummy that it wouldn't see food like that for a long time so to make the most of it, but I genuinely couldn't! So I'm more than prepared to make a good go of CD this time, with no slip ups or blips! :)

Had a sneaky weigh this morning, and I'm 11.13 which is fine by me cause that's exactly what I was at my weigh in yesterday afternoon.. So here's to dropping pounds & baggy clothes!! Actually missed my shakes last night & looking forward to my first one at 9am :) till then it's water all the way & positive thinking!

Hope my positivity vibes rub off on you all this morning! :) and big thanks to everyone whose been so supportive with me so far.. Sadly enough I don't know how I'd cope now without this forum. Yes I know - I need a social life! Lol x

Well done Lauren! That's it now; NO more nights off!!! Next time you say you're giving yourself a night off I'm going to direct you to this post!

Just tell yourself you're potentially going to have a bad week getting back in to ketosis but you're going to do it. Maybe get some protein on the fridge, roast chicken to pick at, just in case you're feeling weak? X

Hey early bird! :) didn't think anyone would reply this time of morning! I'll definitely look back to this post any time I'm feeling weak, but I hope there's no more weak moments for me ahead!!

I'll put up with the few day struggle getting back into ketosis as punishment for being weak & caving in again last night! But that's my first attempt week behind me, along with the naughty eating habits & feeling sorry for myself when I can't eat what I want.. Time for a final draft shall we say & be 100% CD until goal!! :D

Yeah I think I will cook up some chicken breast and maybe some boiled eggs, keep them in the fridge anytime I feel peckish :) xx

Lol, you can thank my children for me being up. My son comes in at around 6.30, he sits playing on my iPad while I catch up on this on my phone! What a great mum I am!!

Haha, my son sleeps till between 7 and 8 most mornings, but I have to wake him up at 6 to get him ready to spend the day at nanny's while I come to work. Hate having to drag him out of bed & disturb him :(

I'm so naughty with mine! I have thurs and fri at home so kids come in around 6.30-7, I give them my iPhone, Ipad, or put telly on, or tell them to go play together in their bedrooms and I go back to sleep until 8ish! I've just rewoken up and they're glued to the telly!

Next weigh in is tonight!!

Well done hun, good luck with your restart! Sorry haven't been around much I'm busy busy busy!! Got my Italian with work in an hour so off plan today and done think I will make wi tomorrow think I'll have to change it to the weekend xxx
 
Oh lil legs! Italian!!! How on earth are you going to manage that? What are you going to eat? Maybe you could get a salad and avoid garlic bread?
