It's called ding song vintage and its down a cut just past thorntons, opposite Starbucks. It's so good you definitely need to go, and the owner is lovely. I could have spent hours there and hundreds of pounds haha.

Yeah tracked the dress down, bit annoyed I paid for shipping tbhcaus it took that long. It does look ok on, fits ok but really baggy at the waist, but suppose that's the cut and my stupidly small waist.

Will do, I bought them for £1 from pound world! They seem good from my quick little try on before.

I will defo have to go!!! Will make sure I save up loads of money first though. You should email them and complain about the delivery! I bet it looks lovely you know where I am when it gets too big for you haha!!!! The bump it's are good for a quid, I'll get some to try. Haha yes! Just what I did today! The sbux is actually quite nice, they have walls of books!

I think I kicked myself out of ketosis or into a very mild state, I was starving this morning :/ I had chicken and the tiniest bit of lettuce but the chicken did have a marinade, despite not eating the skin either that or the little dollop of perinaise did it :/

Not good, not when I get weighed in 2 days!

Mayo shouldn't kick you out of ketosis, I'm sure you can have it on Atkins. I've always had marinade on my chicken and been fine too! Drink loads of water and hopefully it will pass

Might test tonight or tomorrow morning hopefully it was just my body or the sticks being funny. Really want an alright loss for 6 days come weigh in on Friday

The sticks are so unreliable! If you do feel like you need to use one though apparently you're best doing it in the morning.

I don't feel like I've been out of ketosis apart from hunger in the morning but I'd missed out a pack the night before, not sure if that would be it. I'll test tomorrow morning and cross my fingers I'm in and t was a fluke!

Yay!!! I'm so glad! What are you having your hair cut like? I need mine doing and need a change, had the same hair cut since I was 16 haha. I'm trying to grow out the colour from when I had it red so I've currently got a weird DIY dip dye (aka brown roots and browny red ends) going on!

I'm just getting the least amount possible trimmed off and a thicker bridget Bardot parted type fronts cut in. My hairs dip dyed throughout just growing it all out, makes dying extensions so much harder!
Do you want to stay brown and jus change the style or are you thinking of going another colour?

I'm going to grow my roots out, I'm through with dyeing! I know what you mean with extensions. I searched everywhere and after weeks and weeks managed to get some matching my dodgy ends, but soon they won't match at all! I'm thinking of getting some new ones just before Bestival and having them weaved in. Dunno if it would just annoy me having permanently massive long hair though!

Has the weather been bad up there? I heard from a customer at work that the quayside is flooded and loads of the metros are cancelled!

If you have them in permanently it can be really damaging to your actual hair though cant it. Could you dye the extensions you've got?

It's horrendous, I was going to the hairdressers in Newcastle and the whole sky went black and thunder and lightening started then when I got in the salon the rain just lashed it down, it was horizontal! So heavy and windy. Took me 3.5 hours to get home when it'd normally take 10-15 mins. Been so stressed! Driving through what seems like rivers!
Loads of places are crazy flooded, the Tyne bridge was struck by lightening and the metro centre has flooded.




This was a roundabout! Loads of cars have been submerged and people stranded. It's so bad!

Having them weaved in isn't too bad as they just do some tight braids along the back of your hair and sew the weft in. I'd probably only have them in for a week or something!

Can't believe how bad it's been up there! Been seeing pictures on twitter too and it looks horrendous. OH's sister works in Sunderland and she's only just got back after finishing at 4.

I get weighed tomorrow and I just had a tandoori chicken and onion baji, oops :/ but I've been frustrated haha and I usually have this after weigh in on a Sunday, hopefully it won't do any harm for tomorrow. Only had one shake so think calories will still be okish.

Yeah, loving my hair, thicker shorter fringe and still have all the length. Can't wait to play with it. First time I've ever walked out a salon and been happy how they've styled it too. Apparently my hairs in really good condition too so makes me happy as it was always frazzled due to bleaching!

It's terrible, people are still getting home now after finishing hours ago. Wonder when the metro will open, haha would love it to be closed for a while and not have work!

Mmmmmmm I love Indian food! We bought a cooked chicken from Asda and I had some breast meat and just some frozen Mediterranean veg. Proper lazy tea! It was nice though. You'll be alright with that, you could have had much worse.

Haha I always hate my hair when I get it cut. Last time I went a few weeks ago, they were running late by an hour and half and they didn't even wash my hair, just dry cut it. And hardly cut anything off my fringe at all so it needs doing again already! And charged me £25 fingers crossed no work

An hour and a half!? That's so bad! They should have charged you less or given you a discount for next time. I just paid £24.75 for my cut and blowdry but has 50% off, so it'd be quite expensive without that!

Bleedin' hell I wouldn't pay full price for it! That's a good deal though 50% off. Really need mine doing, should have booked somewhere for this weekend. I just can't ever be arsed though!
