You did so well, you will do it again and don't be hard on yourself having a young baby is hard work alone especially an early riser never mind another 3 as well!
I'm a child-minder and I'm knackered at the end of the day but at least they go home! My boys are older now and very independant and I don't have an OH so you have lots to contend with!!!

How's slim and save? I miss my caffe latte shakes, nom. I've got a wedding to go to in November and I've been contemplating a cheeky month back on it just before so I can get into the 10's. We shall see. x x

Right i need to sort myself out. I really dont know whats wrong with me. I feel really down at the moment. Fell into the lets eat and make myself feel better, so i ate tuna pasta with the kids for lunch and now i feel even worse. Im in such a crap cycle at the moment and i really need to get out of it. I need to focus again and remember the reasons why im doing this so going to write them down the go and read some diaries and get excited again.

My reasons to lose weight and why i NEED to stay focused and get to my goal with slim and save.

1 To be healthy!
2 To feel good about myself!
3 To make my hubby and kids proud!
4 To prove all the doubters wrong that think i will never do it!
5 To get a smaller work uniform in October!
6 To be able to shop in "normal" clothes shops!
7 To feel normal (whatever that is)
8 To be able to wear jewellery without having to go to the bigger shops to get it!
9 To be able to wear boots that i can get over my calves!
10 To feel sexy again and not like a fat frumpy granny ( thats how i feel when i look in the mirror)
11 To stop eating to curb every emotion i feel. Food is NOT my friend, it makes me miserable and the sooner i get that through my head the better for everyone!
12 To actually have photos taken of myself again!

May add to this later. Cant believe ive ruined today. fml as the young ones say haha x
