This morning: 2 boiled eggs oat bran non fat milk
Lunch: TURKEY and cottage cheese (I found one non fat made by FIBER ONE)
snack: milk
Dinner: Fish fillets (baked with garlic) and pan fried shrimp (dry) with chili pepper spice
The "little friend" is still around so weight is sadly the same.
I will keep on keeping on! I will check in later today! Have a beautiful day!
