Well girls, I did it
I walked for 2 minutes, jogged for 1 minute, I did this 6 times, which took me to 18 minutes, then I walked for a further 4 minutes, so 22 minutes in total. My heart rate got up to 134 as I was jogging, then settled around 104 while walking, so I will keep an eye on this and see how it improves. Calories burned were 76. So a good start and I am fairly proud of myself (Mrs NON Exerciser)
My inside thighs hurt a little this morning, but not too bad at all.
Todays Food.
Breakfast - Swiss Bircher (an oldchem recipe from my WW Core days)
Snack - Apple.
Lunch - Small salad, 8 slices of wafer thin ham, 3 ryvita. Small tub of sugar free jelly with berries.
Snack - 2 Tangerines.
Dinner - Salad, Tuna. Sugar free jelly with berries, Greek yogurt and a teaspoon of honey.
I feel so much better today as yesterday I still felt groggy from the holiday, I also felt chesty, feverish and my voice was a little hoarse, but today, top of the world.
