Well its been a manic day today, I got up about 9am and had a couple of cups of tea, then started packing, cleaning, shaving my legs, bikini line etc etc, then collecting all the paperwork, getting things ready for work. By the time I had finished I didnt even have time to go for an hour before work, but as Phill was driving me to work tonight, I managed to have a wee kip in the car on the way in.

Food today - not eaten properly and didnt eat until 1:30pm

1:30pm 1 banana.
2:30pm, I was making red salmon and cucumber sandwiches for the plane tomorrow, so I finished off the remainder of the salmon, which was about 2 table spoons, and ate the remainder of the cucumber.
4:30pm, Half a gammon steak and a fried egg.
20:18 (as we speak) chicken leg and a Muller rice.
I have some melon for later, and also 1 slice of bread and salmon and cucumber.

Got a lot to do in work tonight, but I will be back on later.

Gosh you sound rushed Mary!! I'm sure you'll be able to relax great deal once this shift is over so all this rushing around will be worth it.

Oo no that's only drinks Tan - I always make butties for the plane .. me & John have some too ... (oh please yourself!! )

We usually get the 3for2 miniatures in the duty free shop for on the plane too!! Not supposed to but ........ xx
