Monday.

Got out of bed at 11:30 and took Maisey for a walk, then came home and had 2 rashers of bacon, egg, mushrooms, tomatoes and one slice of bread. I then went out to Monday club and didnt eat anything else apart from a few pickles and a couple of little bits of cheese. I drank copious amounts of Vodka and diet coke. I weighed this morning and the scales were showing a 7lb loss!!! but I wont take that as official, as I was probably majorly de-hydrated. I will weigh tomorrow morning.

Food today (hungover)

2 weetabix with blueberries and s/s milk (4pp) 1 slice of toast and butter (4pp)

Pork curry (5pp) Boiled rice (6pp)

2 bags of crisps (6pp)

2 slices of cheese on toast (8pp)

3 vodka and diet coke.

Edit to add another vodka.
 
Always gotta love the food after a good day/night drinking! :D
 
So that's where I've been going wrong! Need to go out and get hammered and then weigh in the next morning! Do it often enough and the weight will be gone.....simples!

Official loss is 4lb, so more than happy with that. 7lb would have been lovely, but I knew that was just sheer de-hydration.

Food today.

Breakfast
2 weetabix with s/s milk and blueberries (4pp)

Lunch
3 ryvita (3pp) 2 elf lc cheese triangles (2pp) Wafer thin ham (1pp) Cucumber (0pp) 6 grapes, 1 plum.

Dinner
130g Sirloin Steak (5pp) 150g potaotes roasted with frylite (4pp) Mushrooms and onions (0pp) 1 ww yogurt (1pp)

Milk for tea/coffee (1pp)

3 vodkas (12pp)

Edit to add 1 pear, another 6 grapes, 1 nectarine.

Well I didnt give up until I found it. They are tiny, but I did find them and will point them at 2 pp each. I also munched 2 ginger nuts (2pp) while I was looking, and ate 1 finger sponge (1pp) then threw the rest out as they were out of date, and I made an Ainsley Harriet cuppa soup, leek and potato (3pp) and poured another vodka (4pp).............bloody hell, I could eat everything in sight tonight. 2 chocolates (4pp). Thats it, I refuse to eat or DRINK anything else tonight. Early night I think........:D

LOL! Mary when do you get a new slush fund? Have you got to go all week with only 13pp? How are you going to cope with no alcohol?!! :eek: :p
