Lunch, 2 slices white bread toasted ( I need to go shopping) (6pp) tin of tomatoes (2pp) Low fat yogurt (1pp)
Fruit for nibbling, 1 apple, 4 tiny tangerines, 2 plums (0pp).
Dinner, 105g Pork (6pp) Chutney (2pp) Salad (0pp) Salad cream low fat (1pp)
Milk for Tea/Coffee (1pp)
Will edit later, as I will have a few drinks tonight as I am nights on Sat/Sun.
