OOOOOH noooo, I wouldn't want to do lipotrim again, I am just using the few I have found in the cupboard to substitute a few meals. :D
 
I couldnt face the LT sachets yesterday, so I had a bad day. Ended up having a McD Sausage and Egg McMuffin with hash brown for breakfast, cuppa soup for lunch and a Roast Pork Dinner last night. Oh well, another day today.

I am over on the protein, but under in the carbs. Its difficult to get the quotas correct, but perseverence. 111 over on the calories too, but this fitness pal has given me a total daily calorie intake of 1200. I am not too concerned about this, as I have done the plan on the bmi/bmr and its telling me to have 1400 a day to lose.

Yep, Tanya , you signed up to this months ago when I mentioned that it also had an iPhone app. You liked the app as I remember but did not really want to get into counting cals at that time. Jan didn't fancy it either. You both rightly pointed out that there is too much temptation to use your cals for naughty stuff instead of the good stuff.
I have used it since last march in conjunction with GL and it works great for me. I usually end up low on calcium and iron most days and pretty ok on the rest. I try hard not to obsess on cal content rather use it to get an idea of the content of the foods I regularly eat.
Give it a go folks, at least fir a couple of weeks and see how you find it.
 
Blimey Mary - 20g of salmon! That's not even an ounce!! Which eye did you stick it in the corner of??!! Lol ;)

Yeah Molly - I've gone from not counting anything to counting weightwatchers pro points and now all the cals, carbs, fat etc on mfp!!! :( And I HAVE become obsessed as I knew I would :eek: .... still 8lbs to go and I'm NOT counting ANY MORE!!! ;) (well not till I've got some to lose again - which no doubt I will have after the hol :() xx
 
LOL Jan, I didnt have a clue how much Salmon I was going to have as there was some left from the tin I opened the previous day. I am sure it was a hell of a lot more than 20g though.

Food today.

Breakfast - Oatsosimple.
Lunch - Cheese omelette, salad. 1 Tesco low fat yogurt.
Dinner - Pork salad. Tesco LF Yogurt.

Snacks through-out the day.
1 Banana. 2 Tangerines. 1 Apple. 1 Orange.

Just going to enter it into MFP and see what the damage is.
 
We bought a baby bath last week for Maisey, so we bathed her today and then gave her a blow dry. She actually really liked it, even if she was a little nervous at first.

Quick spritz with her doggy perfume and the Diva was born!

MFP is showing me some better stats today with the food.

Breakfast - Oatsosimple.

Lunch - 4 ryvita, 2 boiled eggs mixed with ELF Mayo. 1 Tesco LF yogurt.

Dinner - Chicken breast, Fat free roast potatoes, carrots, cabbage.

Snacks - 1 orange, 1 apple, 1 tangerine.

I am over by 51 on the protein, under with the fat, over on the carbs by 21, and over by 74 on the calories, but thats just 1200 cals, I am working on 1400.
 
Oh gosh NOOOO Sandra, my little Maisey smells of Fantasia :D:D

Mental:D sounds like an air freshner! That said Dylan does have special stuff on his breakfast to keep his teeth clean and his bresh fresh! He sleeps on my pillow so I couldn't be doing with fishy breath ......I think I should sprinkle some on Paul's brekkie too!
 
Hahaha, its a doggy perfume, I bought it from the Groomer who gave her the cut and bath about 3 weeks ago, it smells really nice.

Bresh fresh.........hahaa, breath???
 
Bloody iPad.......changes too quick. Just written my entire days food, went to check calories on mfp and then lost the bloody lot! Can't be arsed to type it up again!

Maisie sounds like a proper girly:D
