The only black and white tv I've seen is on re runs of steptoe and son..........that I watch on my 50" plasma screen colour tv

Thanks girls, I have had a lovely 4 days off. The day out on Thursday was fantastic. We ate in a Portoguese Restaurant, I had garlic mushrooms for starters, then chicken estelade (sp??). We shared one vanilla ice cream topped with maple syrup and pecan nuts between 3 of us.
Then I had family and friends up on Friday, buffet style meal - lots of calories
Yesterday I had my lunch out with a friend I hadn't seen for about a year and a half, I had prawn cocktail for starters, followed by Plaice, Chips, Peas and salad for the main.
Today I have curry and rice that Phill ordered me yesterday from the Chinese (he forgot I was out for lunch!!).
Tomorrow I am in training all day, and they supply a buffet - crikey,..............DIET STARTS TUESDAY!
Then I had family and friends up on Friday, buffet style meal - lots of calories

Yes it was a good few days Tanya, but the scales will show the price. I think I will try harder to use up the few lipotrim sachets I have left for a few days after Tuesday.

All sounds yummy Mary! Was the chicken on a stand up skewer thingy? If so I think that's an espetada and it IS gorgeous! We've got a lot of Portugese people, working over here but only a couple of decent restaurants cos they all work in tourism and don't get paid enough to eat out

Yes, thats the one Sandra. They have them on long skewers and then hang the skewers from an overhead hook........gorgeous. I asked them how they made them, and they are marinaded in white wine, herbs and garlic. I must try that one.
I dont know how many sachets I have, I have 2 here in my locker in work, and I have about 10 at home, so I must use an effort to use them up this week, as maybe lunch and dinner, just to lose the bloatedness from the last few days.

Okay girls, I have decided, Tuesday is D Day. I am going to use the few sachets I have left for breakfast and lunch and I WILL start the biggest loser challenge on the WII......watch this space, I WILL lose this 7lbs I have gained.
