Ding Dong the Enemy's dead!

Nasreen has been on refeed over the 2 weeks now - yeah????

Just count her calories now and keep a regular eye on her weight.
Okies dokes :)

Ooooo that sounds interesting Yas ...... ????? :):):) **kiss kiss**

Sure makes life easier if we have a database built, just put a filter on the top and look for the item..........dont know why I didnt think of it before. Well done Yas, we can all add to it and share too. Thanks hun x

Hehe no worries.
I just hope I make it straight forward enough. If you want to create more columns, right click -> insert - > table rows above.

Hehe thanks Jan. You want it?

Thanks Yasmine, it will be great to build up a diary of menu's instead of going through my entire thread - as I do sometimes.

My point exactly.

I'll be posting my diaries on here too, just to help others and for the experts to let me know if I'm going wrong :)

I tried :( this site doesn't accept the type of file it is. I would save it as a readable file but then it won't operate properly.

Emails the only way then :)

65g peach - 22 cals
150g honeydew melon - 42 cals

Yum....is all I have to say........

Does hearty mean heavy mary? I see that word a lot on recipe sites

When I went away for a holiday, I had gained 6lbs when I returned, but within 2 days of being home and back on TFR, those 6lbs disappeared. Not saying go and eat anything and everything on holiday, but like you say, a lot of the gain is water and soon disappears when you go back to TFR.

Have a great holiday and I am glad the diary is helpful to you. Its also a great way to look back and see if any mistakes are made regarding weight gain/loss.

Mary, if I gained weight while I was on holiday. And I returned home and I didn't have anymore TFR products with me. Would I be able to lose the weight if I ate sensibly kept my calories down to 900 and below to lose the weight back?

Hearty breakfast means filling, good filling meal hun.

After you have done the refeed Yasmine, you dont have to take the shakes or maintenance products, just simple calorie counting.

I would try not to go as low as 900 per day, you really should eat 1000 per day, some people would even say more, but stick to the lowest number of 1000 per day.

Have you sent off for any of the free maintenance samples to lipotrim.co.uk ? I still have loads left and these come in handy for work and things, or a snack in between.

I had a meal in Wetherspoons, it was chilli con carne with basmati rice and tortilla chips - less than 5% fat. I dont have a clue on the calories though, so its a non calorie day yesterday.

I then had lots of vodka and diet coke, dont know how many though - hehee, isnt a free calorie day a marvellous thing!

Cut back today though to make up for it.

Okie dokes.

I would order them. I'll ask my dad about it. I have over 20 sachets of LT shakes left over, which I plan to use next week as well, or until they're finished.

So it's ok for me to eat 1000 calories? I just don't know when I'm suppose to be bringing them up and how far they should go. I mean for my age, height and weight, my calories should be slightly over 2000. But I don't know if I should do that. How do I know when my glycogen stores are back to normal?

The glycogen levels will be back to their normal levels by the time the refeed is over Yasmine, I am not 100% sure, but I would think they are probably back to normal by the end of the first week when the carbs have been introduced for the first week.

Stick to your 1000 and under during the 14 day refeed, then try and up them by 100 per day for a week and monitor the weight. If still losing then up them by 100 per day for the following week, until you are maintaining hun.

just thought id pop in here and say hi!

guna be tracking your diary now mary *evil laugh* untill i refeed - that is assuming your still guna be here in 5 weeks :) hehe xx
