I am around for the long haul Tanya, I dont want to regain weight ever, I dont mind a few up and a few down, over holidays, festive etc, but I never intend to go over half a stone difference either way. Be nice to do it all together.

No probs hun. Like I said in another thread, have a look at the calorie counting forum, and look for threads by KD, she is well knowledgeable and has been maintaining for a long time, she really knows her stuff.

1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil to fry the mushrooms and egg - 120 cals
1 small piece of wholemeal bread - 63 cals
1 WW fromage frais layered berry - 63 cals

Snack
1 snack size toffee crisp - 99 cals

Supper
Ham and salad 180 cals
3 teas - 33 cals

Glad you had a nice break yesterday, sounds fun! :) I like your attitude to the weight thing as well, looking at it from the point of view that there will be some to-ing and fro-ing of the weight over festive periods etc., as long as it doesn't go over a certain amount.

At least that way, you'll be able to enjoy yourself, without the paranoia of your weight.

I'm sure you'll manage it without any issues, you've done so well up to now, I'm fairly confident you won't go back to the "old" Mary (Or I'll be down there to kick your arse! lol).

I notice the difference in my weight when pushing a door, it never used to give me any trouble, but now I actually do have to PUSH - great feeling though Mark lol.

With your muscles you probably wont have that problem though lol.
Have you got your weights set up yet or is it still to wet in the garden?
 
LMAO - My muscles???? I'm more like Mr Muscle now! lol

Bench is set-up, weights are ready and waiting...just always seems to be p-ing it down as it is now and is supposed to do for the next 5 days according to local weather! :(
 
It peed down here all afternoon, but its dry now. I am back to work tomorrow, so the sun will probably come out, usually does when I am stuck in work for 12 hours!

Do you and your OH have the house to yourselves this weekend or is your little girl at home?
 
Little one home this weekend....no such luck of the exercise routine again! lmao

Missed footy tonight again because had to take little one for a swimming trial with a club.

Ah well, will get some exercise some how, even if its going for a walk in the rain! :)
