morning minimates......

well after the most horrific week food wise...,where i spent about as much time waiting for the wagon to pick me up as i did eating crap food.....i lost 1/2lb!!! im totally happy with that!! was expecting a gain bog time!
totm hasnt helped me one bit, but there ya go...just shows that being good 90% of the time can help you when you are up against the food demons that other 10% of the time.
Gonna try and do well this week, havent got anything planned but ya never know!! I have to stop beating myself up over food, and learn to chill out a little. I must be doing something right so as long as I carry on this way then Ill be fine. I am in the 15s and havent been there for over 20 years...how the hell can i complain about that?!?!?!

have a fabaroony day and lookin forward to seeing how my other friday girlies got on :D
