Yes, the Consultant spoke about it yesterday in group and she also mentioned the porridge allowance has increased from 35grams to 40grams per day. I wonder why the sudden changes ?? e
I haven't felt the need to snack between meals ... so far. I usually have something in the evening like a yoghurt or fruit. Unusually for me to feel so full. Speed foods always seem to be the answer (but moderation in all things). This is the first time I have been so focused. I usually sneak bits of this and bits of that in. I've chosen sensible on plan foods if I'm out (regretfully I must say as my hubby sits opposite me eating the foods I would have usually chosen) and still not sneaked a chip. It was hubby's birthday on Wednesday and although I made him muffins he has eaten them all himself. I did make myself a mincemeat cous cous cake thinking I was sticking to plan to find out that the cous cous was synned (see Wednesdays menu!!!) Good luck with your journey.
