I did the mozzarella n cheddar base, had it for lunch today and I think it was better, The base was firmer. Going to have to get some greens down today as I'm all cheesed out!
Feeling tired and headachy today! Yeah ketosis has arrived
Felt rough yesterday so had a pj day. Been and done loads of shopping so have plenty to eat and make, hopefully burgers tonight.

Well the burgers I made were more like meatballs they shrunk that much and the oopsies didn't happen due to the egg yolk falling into the egg whites! I was so mad!! So gave it up and had the meatballs with lettuce instead.
On the plus side cooked a joint of beef for salad and snacking.

Oopsies in the oven as we speak, and looking good! Going to have them with the meatballs cheese and some lettuce and take a beef sandwich to work tomorrow.

Oopsies are in the bin!! I could not get them off the greaseproof paper, I tried everything even throwing them round kitchen didn't help! Burgers and lettuce it is then!
Morning I could never get the oopsies to work for me either. Someone posted an egg crepe receipe/link which I have tried which are really good, you can make them either sweet or savoury. If you want the receipe I will post it in my diary.
katie the oopsie s are quite easy but it was the so called paper, sulked all night! And I could have had some wine but none in only beer so stayed away, blooming hard though!
