Does anyone do "No Spend Days" (NSD)??

I'm going to be tight on spending from today so I can save,save,save.


This is what I have in my secret savings account.So any left over from the joint account goes in here so neither of us spend it.Just started doing this so not bad.This is the account I will be topping up each month.

I'm going to have £50 a month now to buy any shopping extra's we may need.So that's why when I go into a store to buy lettuce or something that is all I can buy.I will make that £50 last a month.We spend about £80 when we do our weekly shop.Some weeks less some more depends if I need household goods.

Only 1 week to go and I have saved quite a bit this month just by cutting back visiting shops.
