DOING SW FROM HOME???

Saw my friends 6 week old this morning = brooooooooody!! My boys are 3 and 1/2 and nearly 2 so need to convince hubby for number 3!

I've been a very good girl today, no syns yet so having a biccie whilst at work!

I didn't get the job I went for, obviously something better out there for me :)

As far as I can see the only syns would be 1 for the cornflour :)

I'm sorry you didn't get the job Jenny, but like icurez says, it's only because there is another. even better job that will be waiting in it's place :)
 
Yep that recipe looks the same to me too, do you need the cornflour, could you just reduce it and make it syn free

urghh I've ended up a little off plan today now....nothing too major but im a little annoyed with myself.... but pleased that i only had a tiny taste of the pizza i ordered for the kids as id made my own syn free version

I an really fed up now. Waited for OH to come home because he wanted to do the shredding dvd together and now he isn't sure he wants to do it. I could of had it done by now and be chillaxing. I am not going to let this stop me. I will do my shredding and I will nor wait for him again x

Hey everyone

Ive been awol for a bit. I wanted to really get into running and started reading 'Run Fat ***** Run' (which btw is awesome) and it mentioned about getting a good running routine going and then sorting out eating habits so that's what I did! I now run 4 times a week and have 2 races coming up in the next 3 months to train for, so now Im back on track for sorting out my food. I've still managed to lose 1lb while being so off plan it makes me cringe so I keep thinking about how much closer to target I could of been by staying on plan.

I think green days are going to work best for me so I'm doing that 4/5 times a week and the rest will be extra easy. Im still loving watching the scales go down every week and just won a size 12 dress off ebay so my interim goal is to get into it!

Hope everyones doing well. Haven't had time to watch up much but I'll have a peek through the thread tomorrow. :)

The appointment with the bank went well so we know what we can borrow and afford etc!
Decided to go out for tea with my folks tho...and I didn't stick to plan at all...we went for a carvery! Feeling really bloated lately and think it's as I'm due on in the next few days...so I don't think I'll lose this week :(

I've woken with a really sore throat, feeling pants. Only one of my cherubs is awake tho so have stuck the tv on for him! Not feeling like eating crunchy salad today tho :-( not much voice either so work at 2pm will be interesting, no drama's hopefully!

Hi Meliososo, I'm Jen. Joined a couple of weeks ago, loving my new family here! How far are you running? What races are you doing? I started running in March, did a 5k in June and hopefully doing another in september. Furthest I've run is 7.2 miles, not at any great speed tho! Size 12 dress target sounds exciting!

Anyone help with how many syns a weight watchers ready meal is, I've got the tomato and basil chicken with wedges, calories is 254. I'll have it with a salad so hoping it would fit into an ee day? Need something hot tonight and is tricky when at work.

Afternoon all,

Just finished my 7th day of shredding. Decided to do it early today as I need to get my ironing done and I am going to burn a few extra calories on my Wii sports before I settle down to watch the last Harry Potter film. I think I deserve it after all my efforts this week. Been really good all week and am hoping for a good weigh in tomorrow. Hope you are all having a great weekend even if it is a bit damp x
 
Great news Tilly Jenny hope you feel better later dose yourself up if possible, Icurez you rock at the shred now, I need to get back into it, thought I'd wait to the kids break up Thursday and start in earnest, I tend to use what would be school run times etc to do extra things, that way I know I have a gap to fill..
Fifth day of eating minimum wheat and dairy and I feel yukky I've been more bloated than normal since cutting down but guess it's my body adapting to the change etc, Tuesday and Wednesday I was completely free of both and had terrible stomach pains.. Feeling down today various things getting on top of me, decided I'd put the negativity to a positive use then got bawled down by hubs over something , not going to let in affect me diet wise though as I know that will make me feel worse, I just had a sneaky peek on the scales and it's showing I've hit target so I hope it says the same on official weigh in Wednesday

Just looking for a baked ham recipe now, I bought a large one on offer in lidl and I want a recipe that works for dinner tonight and lunch tomorrow ...mmm

Hi Jen! I get stupidly excited knowing there's another runner about. Im doing a local 5 mile race and signed up for the mudrunner in October. Im in a team with my parents and partner called the mudsketeers lol. I did a 4.3 mile today but usually I go by time as Im doing interval training at the moment to help the weightloss. How are you finding slimming world? I really like the community on here, it really does keep you going.
 
I wouldn't quite class myself as a runner yet, ha! I started running in March to loose weight and get fit and running is free. I did well, lost about a stone but now need a proper diet to loose the rest. Sw is great, lost 5lb 1st week but only 1.5lb the 2nd. I hadn't been out running as much last week so wonder if my body missed it. I go on my own, gets very boring! How fast are your miles? I'm only doing 10min miles, not too great. Am trying to increase my pace but find it really hard, am more of a plodder! How does interval running work? Any advice very welcome!

Still feeling crappy and about to go to work now :-(
