Stick with it hun, it takes a while for your body to adjust to plan. Plus exercising everyday, your body might be holding onto water to repair your muscles. The losses will soon start and small steady losses are the way to go really! Pop up a couple days food if you like. Everyone on here is extremely helpful! I'm still relatively new to sw, couldn't do it without this forum
