Hey girls! After 4 days of messing around worse and being so so bad I'm back on the wagon! Made a lush SW 'fry' up for breakie to remind me why this diet is so good. Sometimes u forget just how much it doesn't feel like one. I expect it's Normal after dieting for like a year to lose interest a bit. Planned my meals til Sunday and bought a slow cooker yesterday so excited to try it! Def feels like a good winter appliance. Does anyone have any nice recipes or tips on how to use one as I've never had one before.
Scales are already dropping back down so the gain def wasn't a true one

back to 13st6 today so hopefully by Friday ill be back at 13st 4
