Donnajt's 2012 Diary...yes I'm back!

Ah now then, I'm not going to miserable rainy grey basildon (to anyone not Donna reading this, she said it first, I'm not just being deliberately disparaging about where she lives ;)) I would've made the effort had you been about. Hello my love.

Thank you for my birthday message - Amsterdam was wicked I ate so much though! I managed to continue my feeding frenzy up until last night when I realised that I felt rubbish and lethargic - so today I am back and I am going to give myself my next challenge.

Well done for getting back into your 16 day challenge - you seem to be going great guns. And I like your Mr Grey - I quite fancy one myself, I don't really have the space for it though.

Can I ask, what sun dried tomatoes do you use? And how many toms do you get for 1 syn? I know that olives are 8 = 1 syn. I fancy getting on the old Greek Salad vibe myself.

x

Hello lovely Donna, I thought I'd pop across and subscribe so I can have a good read later after my exercise....I am intrigued and fighting the urge to have a look at your Mr Grey :giggle: but be assured I will come take a peek and just hope you haven't ridden 7 shades of Sunday out of him before I get back :8855:

Toodleloo for now :wavey: xxx:hug99:xxx

Hello my little dope-cake - am v jealous of your trip to Amsterdam..its somewhere I we planned for our 40th birthdays until Noah showed up and put our plans back by at least 12 years lol

I used the Merchant Gourmet dried s-d toms, I rehydrate them when I am using for salad but I must admit I love greek salad with just cherry or baby plum toms. I don't know if this is right but I weight them before I rehydrate them so I think its about 4-5 for 2syns, but they are so flavourful and you can cut them so into little strips that you could probably just use 2-3 depends on how long your salad is going to list. Greek salad last two meals (if I am lucky!) in this house

Have you braved the scales yet?

Lovely Lily thank you for popping in - trust me the only person having 7 shades of grey knocked out of them is me - my Mr Grey is so domineering I can't even sit down and I only last a minute a time!!!

Yes, I think the reason behind my continuous eating is because the weed must still be coursing through my system! I have never seen these dried s d toms before, where do you buy them from and at which aisle please? 4 or 5 for 2 syns sound really good.

I have, 3lb on since last Thursday - I am weighing in on Friday so I am hoping it wont go up. A 3lb gain for 6 days off plan (and being really naughty with it!) is not bad.

Only lasting a minute a time - its sounds like some men I've known!!!!!

Did you see the ping-pong lady????

They are usually hidden amongst the dry ingredients like lentils, mushrooms, pulses etc...look for this:
