L: Leftover tuna & Egg Salad with cherry toms, cucumber, red cabbage, pickle onions and crab sticks
D: Stroppyfellow Pasta (4syns)
HEA : Milk/Parmesan
HEB : -

Here we go:

Chilli Con Carne - extra lean mince, 2x tins kidney bean, stock, 2x tins chopped toms, lots of spices - cinammon, chilli powder...(I will have to try and pry the rest out of paul he is very secretive about his chilli recipe my poor dad has been trying for the last 4 years to get recipe!)

right I am getting really p***ed off now - I can't post pictures - why not????? when I go to add them in, the manage attachments thing just goes unresponsive

I had problems with the mash base sticking to the pan and don't think I cooked it quite long enough before I added toppings, I loved it, Paul hated it

This is a hawaiian pizza with lots of cherry toms and served with a mixed lettuce salad with plum toms, pickle onions, beetroot, red cabbage and red onion
 
Hi there your meals look great, you have inspired me to try your parmesan chicken and the Zizzi's Stozapretti Pesto Rosso, i had seen the recipe on the forum but after seeing your pic, have decided i must try. You are doing great keep up the great work and i can totally symphathise with being annoyed by your OH big losses my brother is the same hardly sticks to plan but still loses more argh.

Hi teresa3uk - I highly recommend the Pesto Rosso it is easily my favourite dinner. Its difficult because I want Paul to lose lots of weight so he sticks to it but it drives me mad that he cheats and loses so much more, oh well, sods law I guess!

Lunch: Ham and Pineapple salad with mixed lettuce, carrots, cucumber, grapes, pickle onions, beetrot, red cabbage
Dinner: Roast Beef and Roast Onions, Horseradish, Salad
HEA : Milk
HEB : Ryvita Minis
SYNS: Horseradish (1) (70 for week 46.5 used to date)

Final thoughts on this week:

1. Now wearing size 18 bottoms and size 18/16 tops - dropped 3 sizes (although I probably wore clothes a size too big thinking I could hide behind the extra material, safety blanket if you like!)

2. My 38D bra almost fits me - need to lose about another inch of my bust (I hate being big chested, breast feeding does nothing for your boobs ladies!)

3. Feel a lot happier and fitter,

4. I no longer puff and pant when I am walking fast

4. I have noticed there is a lot more room in the bath, sadly Noah (my baby) keeps jumping in!


 
Yay gorgeous pics. I am def going to do that pasta one and the tuna one. Ha ha re the pizza I am glad you liekd it. My first one was like that. I now use baking paper sprayed with fry light and cook it till it taps on the top when you tap it with your finger. Get it really thin too. Goes a bit brown at edges but hey you can cut those bits off. Tonight I lost 2 1/2!! yay! I replied to your message on my post. Thanks hun. You have been a huge encouragement to me. Now off to find recipes for those lovely meals. I hope you have put them on... xx
