Quick update:
* Mum has been diagnosed with ovarian cancer (week before xmas) she is due to start treatment asap
* MEND was a nightmare, both me and meg gained weight!!! the positive, we have 3 months free pass to all the leisure facilities in basildon
* We all have this bloomin flu virus, spent xmas night in hospital with noah cos they thought he had swine flu
* house full of chocolate and goodies
* overspent over xmas and saving pennies for new sofa - need some budget ideas for meals please

HAVE MISSED YOU ALL SO MUCH AND WILL CATCH UP WITH YOUR DIARIES OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS FOR INSPIRATION XXX

Dawn reiki would be fab, you were 100% correct, mum's cancer is on her ovary, turns out the hospital haven't been giving her full body scans hence the reason it wasn't detected early aarrggghh!!! Mum's stomach is so distended, she is in a lot of discomfort and pain apparently once teh chemo starts all this pain plus the menopause will be eradicated

So a big thank you and squidy hug for all the reiki you sent mum, i appreciate it from the bottom of my heart xxxx

Hi Donna, lovely to see you back!! Don't worry, just take a deep breath and step on those scales- you will deal with whatever it shows- the main thing is that you're keen and willing to take action!! And don't beat yourself up, you've had a lot going on!! I've sent you a PM about ovarian cancer- my Mum also has it!!

Great to have you back Donna! So true, 12 long months until Christmas, we can lose loads by then if we put our minds to it! I gained lots over the past three weeks, but am feeling motivated now because we KNOW that SW can work if we just stick to it
