Looks so tasty!!!!
Thanks Cas - definitely worth investing I bought the Breville one from argos its reduced by £60 so about £90 I think. Toning beds are fun - been bumping into all sorts of people some from work that sent me into a major panic. We have paid £45 for a months usage - normally cost £3.50 per session - we are trying to go every dayAww great day, lots of exercise and yummy food, really need to invest in an activfry! how you getting on with toning beds and does anyone know roughly how much they cost now x
No problem - I will get the actifry ready xxxI am coming to our house for tea x
Hi H - its a beautiful day here - didn't get a chance to get on earlier as the oven repair man was due - he turned up 1/2 hr late - he fixed the oven - asked me to try it and it instantly broke - the new thermostat caused the selector to blow - thank god he had one - so we now have a working oven ... but hey ho - the fridge freezer fan is on its way out - thankfully oven man can get new part and install so fingers crossed the fan won't break before he can get another as freezer is jam packed!!!Hope you day is good the sun is out here so I am hoping that will help
I am off to the docs soon and will walk as a walk in the sun might be good for me

So I was 20 mins late to toning beds but still managed to get my full 70 min session, got home, quick bowl of soup and then I took advantage of the oven being pulled away from the wall and attacked it with some serious elbow grease.
Once Paul and kids were home we did a tesco shop, unpacked - dinner, played couple of games with Noah and then bath and bed - have been sleep training Noah as he has come a regular feature in our bed - day 4 today and only took me 2 books and 10 minutes to settle him
The kids are off to in laws tomorrow until sunday (woo hoo). My stepdad has treated me, mum and sis to see Birds of a Feather at a local theatre tomorrow - am working myself up into a frenzy just thinking about it!!!
Knackered but feeling ok today...ran out of lemon juice...EEK...panic stations...can't function without my boiling water and lemon now, thankfully my good friend and neighbour came to the rescue...now sitting here sipping my fav tipple, wrapped up in a blanket cos its blooming cold here this morning and OH forgot to turn heating on!
So...jobs today:
1. Strip kids beds
2. Dust polish hoover bedrooms
3. Make up beds
4. Clean Bathroom
5. Make bolognese for tea
6. Pack kids bags for weekend at inlaws
7. Dye hair
8. Try Leslie Sansone 1 mile walk workout on youtube
9. Ironing
...but first, another hot water and lemon and 1/2 hour of minimins and cuddle with Noah
found them also found a weight loss one...think i might need it - all this blimming exercise - I am showing a sts with only 2 days to wi!!!In the apps just put in hypnosis and loads of free ones come up there are weight loss ones less stress stop smoking etc they are all good I just put them on as I lay in bed they turn themselves off when finished I leave my earphones under my pillow and if I wake up in the night I just stick them back in for anouther session and it has helped me
on paper lol!!! apart from reloading washing machine not a lot has been achieved ....Sounds like a plan enjoy xx
