hi mitch - i could say prob about 1/3 of a cup - and then taste throught cooking - forgot I added some chilli flakes as well

Stupid me...fell over threshold when i got home from gp...knocked myself out...just back from a&e had to have right shin glued...both shins black with bruises...cant sleep as have slight concussion so gonna cuddle up with kids and watch film x

Thanks Hazel for those tips - personally I prefer not to use sweetner cos I don't think it tastes as nicewhen adding sweetener do make sure you taste things as some sweeteners lose their sweetness
stevia or splenda keep their sweetness the best
adding sweetener you need to use the same volume so if something is measured in cups or spoonfuls that is brilliant but if it is by weight you need to put that into a volume measure and use the same amount
so what is on your agenda today - I might look into toning tables but will weight to see if you have good results and the expense too - will have to do some research

Good news - I made spag bol yesterday - so only got to cook spaghetti and reheat bolognese - it will be super tasty today where its been in the fridge for 24 hours
what on bread or is it toasted bread? my friends husband eats tagliatelle sandwiches and I must admit that's quite nice - sloppy but niceSpag Bol is always better the next day. I love bolognese sandwiches. Yum.
