Donna's food diaries-trying to maintain

Monday 9th November - EE

Breakfast - Apple, banana and melon with yogurt
Lunch - brocolli and blue cheese soup (1.5 syns)
Tea - chicken and bacon BBQ melt (HEA for cheese) with spicy wedges
Snacks - boiled eggs, plum, pear, hifi bar (HEB) small white chocolate lion bar (10.5syns)

WI tomorrow and then keeping syns low as off to a Christmas market on Sunday so will have some extra syns then

Tuesday 20th November - EE

Breakfast - Pineapple, melon and yogurt
Lunch - ham and veg soup and boiled egg followed by pear
Tea - salmon and prawn carbanara (HEA for philli)
Snacks - hifi bar (HEB) banana, rice pudding with apple, mint mini roll (6 syns)
 
Wednesday 21st October - RED

Breakfast - 2 weatabix (HEB) with hot milk (HEA), berries and banana
Lunch - Veg and ham soup with 2 boiled eggs
Tea - chicken frajita mix with butternut squash chips
Snacks - 2 ryvita with cheese and apple (1/2 HEB and HEA), pear, melon and pineapple, hot chocolate with marshmallows (4 syns) rocky road hifi light

Thursday 22nd October - Green

Breakfast - porridge with apple (HEB and HEA)
Lunch - chickpea dhal and salad
Tea - pasta bake with loads of veg, beans and quorn chicken pieces, topped with cheese (HEA)
Snacks - hifi bar (HEB) fruit, rice pudding with banana and berries, unsure on syns-will either have hot choc with marshmallows (4 syns) or mint mini roll (6 syns)

Friday 23rd November (don't know why I keep saying October...its nearly Christmas!!!) - Green

Breakfast - rice pudding with apple
Lunch - 2 ryvita (1/2 HEB) with home made houmous, pickled onions and pickled beetroot
Tea - Sticky ginger and lime quorn fillets with cheesy chips (HEA), brocolli, carrots and leeks
Snacks - 2 ryvita with chocolate philli (1/2 HEB and 6 syns) and banana, hifi bar (HEB), fruit, milk in drinks (HEA)
 
Got the Christmas market on Sunday, hoping there will be lots but not too much for me to spend the syns I've been saving there :) really fancy a hog roast, some roast chestnuts and maybe a mince pie.... possibly a hot chocolate (will have to add up the syns and see what I can stretch to)

Saturday 24th November - Green

Breakfast - sw quiche with baked beans and mushrooms
Lunch - 2 ryvita with home made houmous and pickles (1/2 HEB)
Tea - quorn lasagne (HEA) with brocolli, carrots and whatever veg I buy shopping
Snacks - fruit, 2 ryvita with banana and chocolate philli (1/2 HEB and 6 syns) hifi bar (HEB) boiled egg, milk in drinks (HEA)

very good, but very bad day today. I went to a Christmas market and really enjoyed it.

Sunday 25th November - EE

breakfast - syn free pancakes with banana, berries and yogurt
lunch - pulled pork on a white bap (12 Syns?) with chips (18 syns?)
tea - cod with syn free chips, bread (heb) fried mushrooms, onions and toms
snacks - some testers of cheese and half a mulled cider (10) gingerbread latte (Hea) fruit,




back on it tomorrow

Monday 26th November - green

breakfast - porridge with berries and banana (hea and heb)
lunch - leftover quorn lasagne (HEA) and salad
tea - meat free kievs (4 syns) spicy wedges and bbq sauce, roast carrots, onion, courgette and mushrooms
snacks - hifi lights (heb) fruit, muller light, syn free pancakes with berries and chocolate philli (6 syns)

Tuesday 27th November

I have an interview in the morning, so taking a packed lunch (hoping I'll be done by lunch time as my sister is taking my lunch to my nanna's house as she lives not far from where the interview is lol) but can't see me still being there at lunch time.

Breakfast - pineapple, apple and yogurt
Lunch - tuna pasta salad
Tea - pork curry and rice
Snacks - punnet from graze (10 syns), hifi bar (HEB) milk in drinks (HEA) fruit

WI tomorrow as well, so will hopefully have a loss :) we'll see

Thank you, I got offered the job but haven't accepted it yet as I have another interview tomorrow which is for a better job and more hours, so fingers crossed for that :)


today I'm feeling like rubbish, full of cold, little one has been off school as well as this morning he couldn't get off the toilet, been okay since about 9 though so really hoping he's okay so can go to school tomorrow while I have my interview.... hoping I'm better too for then


Wednesday 28th November - Green

Breakfast - pineapple, apple, banana and mullerlight
Lunch - cheese and onion toastie (HEA and HEB)
Tea - quorn chicken pasta with lowlow cheese and loads of veg (HEA)
Snacks - fruit, hifi bar (HEB) peanut lion bar (10.5 syns)
 
Thursday 29th November (Can't wait to be saying December instead... tomorrow can't end soon enough haha) - Green

Breakfast - porridge with apple and mixed berries (HEA and HEB)
Lunch - chickpea dhal with chips and salad
Tea - pasta with courgettes, onions, toms, garlic, mushrooms and lowlow cheese (HEA)
Snacks - fruit, 2 celebrations (4 syns) ryvita with chocolate philli, banana and mixed spice (1/2 HEB and 6 syns) rocky road hifi light (1/2 HEB) going to grab some more fruit, some syn free egg custard and maybe a cherry underlayer yog in a minute (1.5 syns)
 
Friday 30th November - EE

Breakfast - rice pudding with mixed berries
Lunch - suishi from sainsburies (2.5 syns)
Tea - thai red curry (1 syn for paste and HEA for philli) with rice
Snacks - hifi (HEB) honeycomb hot choc with skimmed milk from costa (9.5 syns) fruit and yogurt, mug shot, pickled onions
 
Saturday the 1st December :D - EE

Breakfast - skinny lizzie sausage (1 syn) beans, bacon, mushrooms and tomatoes
Lunch - tesco sushi pack (2.5 syns)
Tea - black bean burgers made with EL mince and a bit of black bean sauce (1 syn) in a wholemeal pitta (HEB) chips and fried mushrooms, onions and toms
Snacks - milk in drinks (HEA) mince pie (11 syns-taking me half over for the day, I know) fruit and yog, rice pud with berries
 
Sunday 2nd December - Green

Breakfast - pineapple, apple and kiwi with ww yogurt
Lunch - veggie sausage and egg sarnie with BBQ sauce (HEB and 1 syn)
Tea - quorn spag bol with cheese (HEA)
Snacks - milk in drinks (HEA) hot chocolate with marshmallows (4 syns) hifi bar (HEB) Christmas bakewell (9 syns) syn free rice pudding with berries and banana

Breakfast - pineapple, apple, banana, orange and yogurt (just realised I have some kiwi's missing..... bet boyfriend has put loads on top of them in the fruit bowl)
Lunch - toast (HEB) spagetti letters, 2 meat free burgers (1 syn) fried onions, mushrooms, spinach and tomatoes
Tea - Quorn lasagne (HEA) with brocolli, green beans and carrots
Snacks - milk in drinks (HEA) hifi (HEB) rice pudding with berries, Christmas bakewell (9 syns) pear
 
Tuesday 4th December - Green

Funny day today as have WI at 5 and then my running club, as its the last day of our beginners course we're going out for a drink after so need a really quick tea when I get back as I'll be eating it very late (possibly about 10)

Breakfast - rice pudding with kiwi and apple
Lunch - quorn chicken lasagne (HEA)
Tea - Mushy pea curry with McCains jacket potatoe (1 syn)
Snacks - hifi bars (2 X HEB) might have a bag of crisps while we're having a drink (9 syns?) if not I'll have a Christmas bakewell after tea (9 syns) banana, boiled egg, fruit, milk in drinks (HEA)
 
Didn't have the crisps or bakewell last night as wasn't hungry, so only had one syn, which suits me as at a running club event on Friday and there will be free wine, cheese and biscuits, sarnies ect... going to have a meal before I go to hopefully stop me eating too much, but want to save some syns for it still so I can enjoy it.

Todays plan is EE

Breakfast - pineapple, apple, banana, kiwi and yogurt
Lunch - ham and lowlow stirred into pasta with pickled onions and cherry toms (HEA for low low)
Tea - beef casserole with sweet and normal potatoe mash, cabbage, carrots and brocolli
Snacks - hifi bar (HEB) pear, might have the bakewell today if I feel I need it (9 syns)
 
beef casserole ended up being pork casserole.... I thought I'd got beef out of the freezer but was in for a surprise lol. Was yummy though. Did have the bakewell at 10 syns as well... was yummy (onto new ones now, was't too keen on the ones I had so passed them onto my sons, these new ones are Mr Kiplin Christmas bakewells and are lovely)
