I love toffee crisp, haven't had one for a while though. I like the toffee crisp biscuits because they're basically just mini toffee crisps lol. Haven't had poppets for years!
 
Sunday 4th November - EE

Breakfast - apple, banana, kiwi and melon with yogurt
Lunch - jacket potato with mackerel, beetroot and pickled onions
Tea - chicken and bacon pasta bake with cheese (HEA)
Snacks - fruit, hifi (HEB), not sure on what I'll use my syns on
 
No plans tomorrow except for standing outside with little one and some sparklers so should be able to stick to plan :)

Monday 5th November - Green

Breakfast - porridge with mixed berries (HEB and HEA for milk)
Lunch - Quorn chicken lasagne (HEA)
Tea - meat free kievs (4 syns) spicy wedges, brocolli, carrots and leeks
Snacks - 2 ryvita with chocolate philli and banana (HEB and 6 syns) rice pudding with apple and kiwi, fruit,
 
Tuesday 6th November

Breakfast - apple, melon, kiwi and yogurt
Lunch - mackerel in tom sauce on jacket pot with beetroot, tomato and pickled onion
Tea - curry and rice
Snacks - milk (HEA) hifi lights (HEB) hot chocolate with marshmallows (4 syns) 2 mikado sticks (1 syn) fruit
 
Wednesday 7th November

Breakfast - apple, melon, banana, kiwi and yogurt
Lunch - jacket potato with tuna, beans, mushrooms, onions and tomatoes... topped with cheese (HEA) (or might have all of this in pasta instead of jacket, will see how I feel)
Tea - either sw curry or sweet and sour with jackets or rice or chips (eating at my mums so not sure exactly what the plan is)
Snacks - hifi (HEB) caramel freddo (5 syns) rice pud with berries, fruit
 
Out for lunch now, but taking my own so tuna pasta it is :) think I'll have rice pudding for breakfast actually and then have cheese and apple with ryvita for my HEA and HEB :)
 
Thursday 8th November - Red

Breakfast - syn free pancakes with mixed berries, banana and yogurt
Lunch - mackerel in tom sauce on toast (HEB) with pickled onions and beetroot
Tea - chicken stuffed with cheese topped with BBQ sauce and bacon (HEA) with fried mushrooms, onions, toms and steamed brocolli, leeks and carrots
Snacks - hifi bar (HEB) skimmed milk in drinks (HEA) hot chocolate with marshmallows (4 syns) 2 mikado sticks (1 syn) fruit
 
Wow I'm stuffed now, got the boyfriend to pick up some crab sticks in case I needed more snacks as people say they get hungry on red days but I actually haven't had lots of the snacks I'd already planned :)

Not sure what I'm doing tomorrow yet as I'm not sure what we're eating in the evening, stopping at a friends. I'm hoping for take-away as I really fancy kung po pork.... and I don't think that's too bad (around 15 syns) but it depends what take-away they decide to go for as well. Going to do some research on all my options before we go.
 
Well I'm back from my ''weekend'' away and here's the results-loads of syns but all worth it and if I've worked them out right I'll only be 2 syns over my allowance if I have 5 a day until WI


Friday 9th - EE

Breakfast - Porridge with apple, kiwi and banana (HEB and HEA)
Lunch - scrambled egg with ham, onion, tomato, mushroom and BBQ beans
Tea - kung po chicken (15 syns) with boiled rice, 5 prawn crackers with sweet chilli dip (3 syns)
Snacks - fruit, syn free egg custards, yogurt, red wine (8 syns)


Saturday 10th Nov -green

Breakfast - apple and banana
Lunch - pretzel (18.5 syns) with cranberry sauce (3 syns) and camembert (2 X HEB)
Tea - not sure on tea yet but will have some cheese for HEA and will be syn free
Snacks - hot chocolate with cream (28 syns) and amaretto (6.5 syns) fruit
 
Sunday 11th November - EE

Breakfast - bacon, beans, mushrooms, toms and egg with BBQ sauce
Lunch - mackerel salad
Tea - thai red curry (1 syn for paste and HEA for philli) with rice
Snacks - fruit and yogurt, hifi (HEB) 2 celebrations (4 syns)
 
Monday 12 November - EE

Breakfast - rice pudding with apple, kiwi and grapes
Lunch - jacket potato with beans, cheese (HEA) and tuna, with mushrooms, onions and toms
Tea - beef in blackbean sauce with noodles (1.5 syns)
Snacks - banana, hifi (HEB) 7 mikado sticks (3.5 syns) plums, orange

Tuesday 13th November - EE

Breakfast - rice pudding with summer fruits
Lunch - jacket potato with mackerel and salad
Tea - slimming world curry and rice
Snacks - apple and grapes with cheese (HEA) hifi (HEB) white chocolate lion (10.5 syns) fruit
 
Wednesday 14th November - EE

Breakfast - apple, banana, grapes and yogurt
Lunch - mackerel pasta salad
Tea - chicken curry and rice (yeah I know same as today but Tuesday and Wednesday are when other people cook for me)
Snacks - hifi (HEB) milk in drinks (HEA) fruit, cake from graze box (4 syns) kinder hippo (6 syns)

change of plan, having a cinder toffee cake bar rather then the kinder hippo so its 7.5 syns taking my total to 11.5 for the day

Tea - salmon with roast courgette, onion, butternut squash and mushrooms
Snacks - hifi bar (HEB) milk in drinks (HEA) dip from graze (4 syns) cinder toffee cake bar (7.5) underlayer yog (1.5 syns) fruit,
 
Thursday 15th November - RED

Breakfast - syn free pancakes with summer berries and banana
Lunch - ham, cheese and tomato sandwich (HEB and HEA) with pickled onions

Boyfriend came home with steak and peppers so we had steak with the roast veg and peppers stuffed with onions, mushrooms, toms and topped with yogurt. lovely :)

Friday 16th November - RED

Breakfast - melon, apple, banana and yogurt
Lunch - cod with peppers stuffed with fried onions, mushrooms and toms topped with babybel (1/1 HEA)
Tea - babybel burger (1/2 HEA and HEB plus 2 syns for wholemeal roll) with butternut squash chips, jalapeños, fried mushrooms, onion, leek, courgette and tomato
Snacks - milk in drinks (HEA) bakewell hifi bar (HEB) hot cross yum from graze (6 syns) hot chocolate with marshmallows (4 syns) fruit
 
Saturday 17th November - EE

Breakfast - syn free pancakes with banana and berries
Lunch - tuna and cheese melt (HEA and HEB or bread roll plus 2 syns) with tomato and pickled onions
Tea - chicken vindaloo (8 syns) with half a chappati (4 syns) and ended up being weak and having some garlic bread :( counting 18 syns but doubt it would be that much really as it was a small slice and that's how many syns some slices of pizza are from pizza hut and can't see it being that high :/
Snacks - fruit, boiled eggs
 
Sunday 18th November - EE

Breakfast - skinny lizzie sausage (1 syn), bacon, beans, mushrooms and tomatoes
Lunch - mackerel pasta salad followed by a banana and melon
Tea - spicy chicken drumsticks with stuffed pepper, savoury rice and garlic mushrooms
Snacks - milk in drinks (HEA) hifi bar (HEB) cinder toffee cake bar (7.5 syns) mikado's (4.5 syns) cherry underlayer yog (1.5 syns)
