Donna's food diaries-trying to maintain

Bit of a naughty day yesterday, I gave in and had mexican chicken burger, chips and onion rings... whoops-was lovely though

Anyway back on plan today

Green

Breakfast - apple, strawberries, blackberries, grapes and yogurt
Lunch - quorn ham and salad sandwich with a small bowl of carrot and coriander soup (HEB)
Tea - quorn chilli with wedges and cheese (HEA)
Snacks - fruit, milk in drinks (HEA) 2 scan bran (1/2 HEB) with choc philli (6 syns) and banana, hifi light (1/2 HEB)
 
not been filling my diary in for a while... feels like ages anyway

yesterday was ee

Breakfast - pineapple, apple, grapes, banana, strawberries and yogurt
Lunch - celery, tomatoes and a mugshot
Tea - chicken baked with potatoes all topped with herbs, pasatta and cheese (HEA) served with roast veg
Snacks - hifi (HEB) chocolate (4.5 syns) fruit, boiled egg

today is also going to be ee

Breakfast - pineapple, banana, kiwi and yogurt (1 syn)
Lunch - tuna salad
Tea - prawn carbanara (HEA for philli)
Snacks - fruit, hifi bar (HEB) chocolate (4.5 syns)
 
Been on holiday for a while and not been on here after that as I've been busy

But I'm back on it and hopefully not looking at too big a gain on Tuesday (I missed this weeks weight in but have been back on plan since Friday.

Today is red :)

Breakfast - apple, banana, strawberries, grapes, cherries and muller
Lunch - ham and cheese melted in a ww petite pain (HEB and 1/2 HEA) with side salad
Tea - chicken stuffed with low low cheese (HEA) topped with BBQ sauce and wrapped in bacon, with brocolli, carrots, leeks, sprouts and roast onion, toms and mushrooms
Snacks - milk (other half of HEA) hifi bar (HEB) crabsticks, fruit, maple syrup biscuit (5.5 syns) mini fudge (3 syns)
 
Today - EE

Breakfast - pineapple, banana, kiwi and yogurt
Lunch - jacket potato with beans, tuna, cheese (HEA) and salad
Tea - the black bean sauce recipe from the new mag but with chicken and might not use the black bean sauce, might use another like hoi sin or sweet chilli depending what the shop has (so between 1 and 3 syns depending on sauce)
Snacks - hifi bar (HEB) galaxy orange bubbles (8.5 syns) fruit, crabsticks



Tomorrow - EE

Breakfast - pineapple, apple, banana, kiwi and yogurt
Lunch - tuna salad
Tea - spicy take away style chicken legs, with coleslaw, beans and chips (from the new mag) (2 syns)
Snacks - hifi bar (HEB) milk for drinks (HEA) ww bakewell slice (4 syns) aero orange biscuit (5 syns)
 
Today - EE

Breakfast - pineapple, banana, apple, grapes and yogurt
Lunch - mushy pea curry with loads of veg and savoury rice
Tea - slimming world curry
Snacks - hifi (HEB) either cheese with apple for my HEA or milk for drinks, not sure on syns, fruit
 
Tuesday 18th - EE

Breakfast - pineapple, banana, grapes, apple and yogurt
Lunch - mackerel salad
Tea - pork jalfrezi and rice
Snacks - fruit, milk in drinks (HEA) hifi bar (HEB) milka with dime (12 syns)
 
had a pitta with my curry instead of a hifi bar today for my HEB but everything else has been the same

Wednesday 19th - EE

Breakfast - syn free rice pudding with apple and banana
Lunch - tuna pasta with loads of salad and veg and cheese melted on top (HEA)
Tea - sausage casserole (2 syns) with mash and veg
Snacks - hifi bar (HEB) fruit
 
Thursday 20th

Breakfast - rice pudding with apple, banana and mixed berries
Lunch - mushy pea curry
Tea - meat free burgers (1 syn) with wholemeal pitta (HEB) burger cheese (HEA) chips and coleslaw (2 syns for mayo)
Snacks - Milk in drinks (HEA) hifi bar (HEB) bakewell slice (4 syns) hot chocolate with some marshmallows (4 syns)

Friday - 21st - green

Breakfast - syn free pancakes with mixed berries, chopped banana and natural yog
Lunch - mushy pea curry with omelette (can see me making a lot of mushy pea curry over the next few months, so cheap and great for the cold weather)
Tea - quorn spag bol with cheese (HEA) and a ww petite pain (HEB)
Snacks - milk in drinks (HEA) 2 rocky road hifi lights (HEB) fruit with a lemon ww dessert yog and a meringue nest (2.5 syns) hot chocolate with marshmallows (3.5) ww bakewell slice (4 syns)
 
Saturday the 22nd - red

Breakfast - porridge made with milk (HEB and HEA...rest of milk will go in drinks) and half a sachet of white choc options (1 syn) with raspberries
Lunch - bacon, egg and mushroom sandwich with side salad (HEB)
Tea - turkey stuffed with lowlow cheese (HEA) topped with BBQ sauce and wrapped in bacon, with steamed brocolli, carrots, sprouts and spinach and roast marrow and onions
Snacks - fruit, crabsticks, syn free pancakes with strawberries and banana, picnic (11.5 syns)
 
Sunday 23rd - ee

Breakfast - pineapple, apple, banana, grapes, strawberries and mullerlight
Lunch - spicy veg soup
Tea - babybel melt burger with jalapeños (HEB for roll, HEA for babybels) chips, salad and fried mushrooms, onions and toms
Snacks - fruit, scan bran cake made with 4 scan bran (4 syns) topped with yogurt mixed with white choc options (half a packet...1 syn) and raspberries, then either a cinder toffee bar (7.5 syns) a toffee mini roll (6 syns) or a kinder hippo (6 syns) haven't decided yet
 
Monday 24th September - Green

Out on a school trip so having to have a packed lunch

Breakfast - pineapple, apple, banana, grapes and yogurt
Lunch - spicy veg soup with a quorn chicken and lowlow cheese roll (HEA and HEB)
Tea - quorn chilli and wedges with cheese (HEA)
Snacks - fruit, hifi bar (HEB) not sure on other syns, may have ww bakewell slice (4 syns) kinder hippo (6 syns) boiled eggs
 
Tuesday 25th September - ee and WI day

Breakfast - pineapple, banana and apple with yogurt
Lunch - mackerel salad
Tea - beef in blackbean sauce with noodles (1.5 syns for sauce)
Snacks - fruit, milk in drinks (HEA) hifi bar (HEB) milka with dime (12 syns)
 
Wednesday 26th September - EE

Breakfast - pineapple, banana, apple and yogurt
Lunch - toasted wholemeal roll with tuna and melted cheese (HEB and HEA) and spicy veg soup
Tea - classic chicken curry and rice
Snacks - nectarine, ww bakewell slice (4 syns) rice pudding with black forest fruits cherry underlayer yog (1.5 syns) and a meringue nest (2.5 syns)

Thursday 27th September - Green

Breakfast - white chocolate porridge with raspberries (1 syn) (HEB) (HEA for milk)
Lunch - chickpea dhal with salad
Tea - veggie mince ragu pasta bake (HEA for cheese)
Snacks - hifi bar (HEB) ww bakewell slice (4 syns) rice pudding with forest fruits and meringue nest (2.5 syns) hot chocolate (2 syns) with marshmallows (3 syns)
 
Friday the 28th of September

Breakfast - rice pudding with banana's and berries
Lunch - butternut squash and red pepper soup with chips
Tea - veggie sausages (3 syns) with wholemeal eggy bread (HEB) fried egg, beans, mushrooms, tomatoes and cheesy chips (HEA)
Snacks - hifi (HEB) milk in drinks (HEA) cinder toffee cake bar (7.5 syns)

Saturday the 29th - Red

Breakfast - white chocolate porridge with raspberries (HEB and HEA for milk)
Lunch - butternut squash and red pepper soup with ww petite pain (HEB)
Tea - salmon topped with philli and spices (HEA) with roast marrow, mushrooms, onions and toms and steamed brocolli, carrots and sprouts
Snacks - fruit, crabsticks, hot chocolate (2 syns) with marshmallows (2 syns) kinder hippo (6 syns)

I'd recommend it, its lovely and when I've had it it's really kept me going until lunch as well.


Sunday 30th September - EE

Breakfast - pineapple, melon, banana, strawberries, blueberries, kiwi and yogurt
Lunch - fratata made with ham, onion, potatoes, tomatoes and mushrooms, topped with cheese (HEA)
Tea - spicy chicken drumsticks with chips and coleslaw (2 syns)
Snacks - baked apple and mincemeat (HEB) either some rocky road or a cinder toffee cake bar (7.5 syns)
 
Actually really can't wait for tomorrows menu. Luckily tonights tea is gorgeous as well so I'm looking forward to that

Monday 1st October - red

Breakfast - fruit and yogurt
Lunch - Italian chicken and bacon soup
Tea - Meatzza made with ee lean mince with salad (HEB of porridge oats in the meat base, HEA of cheese)
Snacks - rocky road (10 syns), fruit, milk in drinks (HEA) baked apple and mincemeat or hifi bar (HEB)


Tuesday 2nd October

Breakfast - fruit and yogurt
Lunch - mackerel salad
Tea -beef vindaloo and rice
Snacks - hifi bar (HEB) milk in drinks (HEA) hot chocolate and marshmallows (4 syns) fruit, rice pudding and berries (thinking of keeping syns low as not sure what's going on at the weekend and might have a naughty Saturday)
