Wednesday 3rd October - Green

Breakfast - porridge (HEB and HEA for milk...the rest used in drinks) with berries
Lunch - mushy pea curry with rice
Tea - cowboy pie but using proper mash and topping with cheese (HEA) with broad beans and whatever other veg I pick up from the shop
Snacks - fruit, boiled eggs, baked apple and mincemeat (HEB) with custard (6.5 syns)
 
Thursday 4th October - EE

Breakfast - rice pudding with banana and berries
Lunch - Italian chicken and bacon soup
Tea - salmon and philli pasta (HEA)
Snacks - hifi bar (HEB) hot chocolate with marshmallows (4 syns) fruit, boiled eggs, crabsticks
 
Friday 5th October - EE

Breakfast - rice pudding with berries and banana
Lunch - mushy pea curry with boiled potatoes
Tea - pork fajita mix with spicy wedges
Snacks - fruit, cadbury magic elf (3.5 Syns) strawberries with a cherry underlayer yog (1.5 Syns) topped with muesli (HEB) cheese, apple and grapes (HEA)
 
Friday 5th October - EE

Breakfast - rice pudding with berries and banana
Lunch - mushy pea curry with boiled potatoes
Tea - pork fajita mix with spicy wedges
Snacks - fruit, cadbury magic elf (3.5 Syns) strawberries with a cherry underlayer yog (1.5 Syns) topped with muesli (HEB) cheese, apple and grapes (HEA)


change of plan today as we're not going shopping until Sunday now, so having a green day, everything is the same up until tea, when I'm going to have chips, cheese (HEA) pitta (HEB) fried mushrooms, onions and toms.... can't decide yet whether I'm having burgers (1 syn) sausages (1 syn) or mushy pea's with it... but I'll decide later it doesn't matter.

Snacks I'll have either a hot chocolate with marhsmallows (4 syns) or a mini roll (6 syns) and two hifi lights as my second HEB

Tea - eating out, saved my syns for then so going to spend between 40 and 50 and really looking forward to it

Tea - babybel burger (HEA and HEB) with fried onions, mushrooms and toms and roast butternut squash
Snacks - fruit, crabsticks, strawberries grapes with mullerlight cherry underlayer (1.5 syns) and muesli (HEB) and a cadbury magic elf (3.5 syns)

Monday 8th October - Green

Breakfast - pineapple, banana, apple and yogurt
Lunch - meat free sausages and egg roll (1 syn and HEB) with BBQ sauce, fried mushrooms, onions and toms
Tea - spicy ''chicken'' lasagne (HEA) with brocolli, carrots, sprouts and roast parsnips
Snacks - fruit, strawberries, grapes cherry underlayer yog and meringue nest (4 syns) boiled eggs, milk in drinks (HEA) hifi bar (HEB)
 
Tuesday 9th October - EE

Breakfast - pineapple, apple, grapes and yogurt
Lunch - jacket potato with two laughing cow blue cheese triangles (1/2 HEA) ham and salad
Tea - pork curry and rice
Snacks - fruit, Ameretto with chocolate milk (4 syns and 1/2 HEA), 2 rocky road hifi light bars (HEB) mini roll (6 syns)
 
Wednesday 10th October - EE

Breakfast - pineapple, apple, banana, grapes and yogurt
lunch - butternut squash chips with apple and parsnip soup (1 syn) and one slice of bread (1/2 HEB)

Snacks - hifi light (1/2 HEB) 200 ml oakly healthy chocolate milk (HEA) fruit, crabsticks, white lion bar (10.5)
 
Wednesday 10th October - EE

change of plan as little one is ill so not going to my mum for tea

we're having thai green chicken curry for tea, using philli as a HEA instead of the milk and 1 syn for the paste
 
Asda free meatballs? What are they called? Is there a tesco version. Xx

Asda meat free meatballs are a couple of syns a packet... I think its 3 so I used to count one syn as I'd use half the pack for me and my boyfriend, but the quorn ones are free and lovely when I can get hold of them.
Tesco will have some, I'll just check the syns... 3 and a half for the pack so still not bad

stay away from the morrisons ones though, they're 13 syns for the pack :O



Thursday 11th October - GREEN

Breakfast - banana and cherries with yogurt and muesli (HEB)
Lunch - quorn lasagne and salad (HEA)
Tea - Morrisons meat free kievs (4 syns) with potato wedges, carrots, brocolli, leeks and sprouts
Snacks - cinder toffee cake bar (7.5 syns) hifi bar (HEB) oakly chocolate milk (HEA) fruit, boiled eggs
 
Friday 12th October _ RED

Breakfast - pineapple, banana, apple and yogurt
Lunch - chicken and mushroom pate on toast (HEB) with extra fried mushrooms, onions and toms on the side
Tea - beef casserole with butternut squash, carrot and marrow mash and steamed brocolli and sprouts
Snacks - 2 lots of oakly chocolate milk (2 HEA's) Hifi lights (HEB) peanut lion bar from multi-pack (10.5 syns), crabsticks, cherry underlayer yog (1.5 syns)
 
Saturday 13th October - Green

Breakfast - rice pud with cherries, banana and a cherry underlayer yog (1.5 syns)
Lunch - apple and parsnip soup (1 syn) with a ww petite pain (HEB)
Tea - quorn spag bol with cheese (HEA)
Snacks - milk in drinks (HEA) hifi bar (HEB) cinder toffee cake bar (7.5 syns) fruit
 
Sunday 14th October - ee

Breakfast - 2 meat free sausages (1 syn), bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans and fried eggs
Lunch - pate on toast (HEB) with side salad
Tea - BBQ chicken and bacon cheese (HEA) melt on spicy wedges

Lunch - tuna pasta salad
Tea - steak and chips with fried mushrooms, tomatoes and onions. Some brown sauce (1 syn)
Snacks - rocky road (10 syns) hifi bar (HEB) oakly chocolate milk (HEA) fruit
 
Wednesday 16th October - EE

Breakfast - muesli with fruit and yog (HEB)
Lunch - Lazy tom soup
Tea - salmon and prawn philli pasta (HEA)
Snacks - fruit, crabsticks, boiled eggs, 10 mikado sticks (5 syns)
 
Thursday 18th October - Green

Breakfast - banana, apple, kiwi, grapes and yogurt
Lunch - lazy tom soup with a ww petite pain (HEB) and two laughing cow extra lights (1/2 HEA)
Tea - Moussaka with either roast pots or chips
Snacks - milk in drinks (HEA) hifi bar (HEB) melon, grapefruit, pear, plums, boiled eggs

saving syns for tomorrow as we're having very naughty pizza
 
Friday - 19th October

Breakfast - 1/2 pink grapefruit followed by apple, banana, melon and yogurt
Lunch - lazy tomato soup
Tea - It's my mums Birthday tomorrow but she's flying to Amsterdam tomorrow to run the marathon on Sunday, so we're having take-away tonight, if I can have Chinese I'll stay on plan but it might be pizza in which case its def an off day...
 
Saturday 20th October

Breakfast - melon, kiwi, apple, banana and yogurt
Lunch - curried pumpkin soup
Tea - chicken, cheesy chips (HEA) whole meal pitta (HEB) with fried mushrooms onions and tomatoes
Snacks - pear, plums, crab sticks, yogurt
 
Sunday 21st October

Breakfast - bacon, eggs, tomatoes, beans and mushrooms
Lunch - curried pumpkin soup
Tea - chicken fajita mix with rice
Snacks - hifi (HEB) milk in drinks (HEA) fruit
 
Monday 22nd October - Green

Breakfast - 2 wheatabix (HEB) topped with boiling water, grapes, banana, kiwi and yogurt
Lunch - roast pumpkin with chickpea dhal
Tea - baked bean pasta bake topped with cheese (HEA)
Snacks - syn free ice-cream, fruit, hifi bar (HEB)
