Wednesday 3rd October - Green
Breakfast - porridge (HEB and HEA for milk...the rest used in drinks) with berries
Lunch - mushy pea curry with rice
Tea - cowboy pie but using proper mash and topping with cheese (HEA) with broad beans and whatever other veg I pick up from the shop
Snacks - fruit, boiled eggs, baked apple and mincemeat (HEB) with custard (6.5 syns)
