Have you restarted at week 1? Need to get back to it I completed it in November really enjoyed it and then one thing after another and haven't ran since before Xmas
Love the frog it's awesome, take your measurements as for the first 4 weeks I only lost 1lb but lost a lot of inches x x

As stupid as it sounds once you start the longer runs I found it easier than all the stop starting... But I did find the start really hard.. I had never ran before, but actually found the buzz from a run a great incentive to continue, I really need to get back in a routine again x
